Question about length gains

I'm not hittin the ruler no time soon,i'm aiming for length gains.I had a good stretch routine last night,the night before that was a rest day.A lil earlier i was recieving some lip service from my lady,and noticed the area of my dick thats real spongey when soft feels like concrete while i'm hard.I'm saying the neck of my pipe feels stiff as a board and the rest of it dosent feel as tense.My girl and I while feeling on at the same time(thanks to pe)and we both could feel the diffrence.My question to anyone that experience any kind of length gains notice this.When I got into pe i was aiming for mainly girth and wasn't really focused to the length exercises.I almost feel a lil new on the long side of things.I don't even do hot wraps anymore and i'm considering thinkin about going there instead of just doubling up shorts all the time.

Mine feels the same way when I'm regularly doing Penis Enlargement. I'd say that it is pretty normal as long as it's not spongy when erect.
