i just want length and im doing phase 1. can i do warm up. basic streching and then the kegel work out. or do i have to do the girth routine to get real length gains. thanx.

You can PM me, I have just been too busy with some personal issues so it is difficult for me to get back to you. I am trying to clean up all my personal shit over the next couple of days and will answer all posts/pm's/emails.

You only need to use length exercises to gain length. I agree that adding in some light girth work (jelqing) to keep healthy blood flow but stretching is all you need to gain length.
