i just want length and im doing phase 1. can i do warm up. basic streching and then the kegel work out. or do i have to do the girth routine to get real length gains. thanx.
im doing phase one and only want length . can i do just the warm up and stretch routine and also the kegel work out or do i need to do the girth routine to see like 2 inches in length.
