pumping while wearing an extender?

Hi guys
i was wandering about the idea of pumping while wearing an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. My thought was the penis is in the stretched state. Then pump to expend. I think it makes sense but something tells me this might be dangerous. Maybe at low pressures it could be ok, who knows. Oneproblem i can think of of is that you would need a larger diameter tube.
