hi, about to start pumping and looked around as you should do when starting new and building up info, and im trying to find a rough idea on timing for pumping session??? there was one post saying 3 hours of pumping!! take it nice and slow and just enjoy the pump and others are 20mins in take a brake....
so is there like a good time for a pumping session to see results in the long run? i clamping and if you look around there your find 10ms in break x3 and more clamping you do maybe 15 - 20ms in break then repeat would plumping be the same?
