Picture proof Pumping & Hanging for 7 inch Girth

I've gone back to a length routine because I really do want a long dangling flaccid.
I completed my 1st Ever Hanging/weight assisted stretching attempt. I had been pondering hanging for awhile but had never found the hang of it *rimshot until now.
So let me know what you think of my setup/approach DLD?
All tips, tricks and experiences are welcome.
I'm always trying to find more effective ways of gaining.
After swapping around the weights I settled at 20lbs for some good intensity but not overbearing.

This looks perfect from my perspective is far is hanging those and your length work goes. I would like to see you get a more professional hanger when you can but necessity is the mother of invention and as long as this is not causing you pain go for it. What I’m concerned with his girth and if you’re doing anything in that area. Do you own a pump?

Yeah I've posted several pics of my pumping sessions in the last year or so. I haven't really posted in the last couple of months though.
Maybe my last post should've been a new thread in the hanging section.
Can you change it to the hanging forum, DLD?

My hanging session lasted from the end of November to the 1st week of January then I switched to pumping because I was getting bored with hanging.
I noticed that I had a bit more separation between my shaft and where the penis enters the body. This seems to have lasted for several weeks before it kinda retracted back.
So Dld or any other hanging guru, how long does it take to cement those inner penis gains?
I have begun my hanging routine anew as of this week.
I am hanging near the base because I want that thick root of the inner penis to become part of the base/ lower shaft area.
Will this type of hanging take longer to cement & see results?

It’s quicker than you would imagine. And say that you’ll start seeing a definite change within two months. Expressive hanging is very powerful. We all have between 6 to 12 inches of internal penis so it’s rather easy to express that.

Thanks, DLD. I'm definitely gonna try to keep my hanging routine going consistently for several months.
I'm doing about 4 times per week for roughly 10-15 mins @ 30 lbs.

So would you recommend going up in weight to keep progressing or is time under tension more important? I already get a really good strong stretch at 30lbs so idk if I should keep adding weight.

So everyone has a minimum of 6 inches of internal penis? That seems like a whole lotta extra love.
How many inches on average of that internal penis can actually become external penis?

On average I would say about that much but some will have less, some will have more but right in that general area. And we’re not able to stretch all of that outward, maybe an inch or two. It is very wise to include this in your routine because you would not make these growth areas without it.

Hey Dld as I've kept my hanging routine going I notice that even if I dont hang that particular day after several mins doing twisted bundles, I notice I get a much better stretch. Does this better tunica pliability come from the intense hanging stretch because I never felt such a good stretch from twisted bundles ever before?

Also, when you first got started and stretched for hours a day did you feel your penis get a better stretch the longer you went throughout the day?

Did you ever do hanging and twisted bundles over a decent period of time & what kind of effects were you getting?
I've done twisted bundles here and there for a few mins as warmups but I've never gone full throttle with them.
Probably because when I was a bit shorter I couldn't get many twists in my bundle and thus not an optimal stretch.
The advice is much appreciated.

bundles breakdown the tunica and this is what makes gaining length and girth so much more profitable. When I was in my early game I was using a heating pad throughout the whole day so anytime I stretched I was in a pliable, malleable and stretchy state. I have never hung doing bundles but I have used bundled stretching since I came up with it in 2001.

I'm using twisted bundles for both girth and length.
 
I'll be honest never done warm ups as in using heat anyway, I class my warm up as in stretching first and going from weak stretches to tense ones.firstly squeezing him in my hands for 5 to 10 mins to warm him up within my hands

I simply do hours of twisted stretches and literally just grabbing twisting and pulling in multiple directions for as long as possible.

In mic x up with none twisted stretches as obv you don't get as much stretch when twisting

I'm using twisted bundles for both girth and length.

When I talk about heat I’m talking about wearing a heating pad around my whole package for hours before I stretch. This relaxes the tissue and allows for a much better stretch. Bundles, which are imperative to PE, help this process by breaking down the tunica which is extremely dense. With the density being so high it makes it difficult to stretch but the good part is once it is stretched there’s only 5% elasticity, it’s no way going back to its original size. Heat and bundles are the joint! The only way to make this more powerful is to do the stretches using the LM.

Using steady heat while training is also something that helps keep things very malleable and stretchable. Using the MOSRed we are able to keep ourselves in a very malleable warm environment which not only promotes better stretching but it also increases collagen. Two things that are so helpful in gaining.
