I've gone back to a length routine because I really do want a long dangling flaccid.
I completed my 1st Ever Hanging/weight assisted stretching attempt. I had been pondering hanging for awhile but had never found the hang of it *rimshot until now.
So let me know what you think of my setup/approach DLD?
All tips, tricks and experiences are welcome.
I'm always trying to find more effective ways of gaining.
After swapping around the weights I settled at 20lbs for some good intensity but not overbearing.

This looks perfect from my perspective is far is hanging those and your length work goes. I would like to see you get a more professional hanger when you can but necessity is the mother of invention and as long as this is not causing you pain go for it. What I’m concerned with his girth and if you’re doing anything in that area. Do you own a pump?
