Hiya ... glad you posted in this thread as your knowledge is priceless.
Now I aint calling you out, so please dont think I'm doing that ... but do you have any sources that claim only 40g of protein can be digested at the sametime? I aint a clue. I have been told that its good to digest 50g of protein firsthing in the morning, as your body has had nothing in the night and its a great time to stock on protein ... thats mainly why I ask for sources ... I hope you understand mate.
