Requirements :
- 5 to 10 cable ties depending on your penis lenght
- Good thick wrap
- 100 % errect penis
The Exercise :
- Get your whole penis wrapped all the way from the base to the glans.
- Get your penis 100 % errect.
- Get your 1st cable tie at the extreme base of the penis and close it not to hard.
- Get your 2nd cable tie 1 inch above the 1st cable tie.(Do not close any of the cable ties yet).
- Get your 3rd cable tie 1 inch above the 2nd cable tie and so on,and so on all the way to the glans.
- The more cable ties you use the better the progressive squezze will be.
Execution :
-With all your cable ties in position and your penis at 100% errect close the 1st cable tie with maximum pressure.
-Now close 2nd cable tie.
-Now close 3rd cable tie.
-Now close 4th cable tie.
-Now close the 5th cable tie.
-Now the 6th and so on all the way to the last cable tie.
When you close the last cable tie now take your whole penis and bend it slightly forward(not in half) to immensely increase pressure.
As you are closing cable ties progressively you will also feel a progressive increase of internal pressure to the point where you will think this exercise will damage your penis which is possible if youre penis is not conditioned enough for this kinda pressure.
This exercise will make you harder then you ever felt before and it will also give you incredible expansion and temporary girth which will in time become a permanent gain.
This exercise will also give you mushroom head and also errect lenght because of the progressive squezze that is beeing applied to your penis and you will mostly feel it in the glans(expect newbie spots on your glans) cause you are expanding your penile tissue also vertically which will also give you lenght especially head lenght.
