so im Having these two issues and they have slowly came on more and more over the course of many months. im only 27 yrs old. even watching adult entertainment doesn't excite me like it use to. my erections are weak when there are there. before i used to be so horny that i would get random erections and feel a great desire to jerk off (im sexually inactive so its not effecting my sex life since i don't have one). i have looked up herbal supplements like horny goat weed etc.., but i dont want to be relying on a substance as i dont want to be dependant on something. but i will use herbs if necessary. is this normal, am i going thru some sort of age related changes or something?
