You are not alone in this. I have fell off completely from by physical exercises (going to the gym). For me it's the amount of time PE takes every day that's makes it hard.
What I have learned is that we need to make time for the important things in life. If I just wake up early this will work for me. It's somewhat depressive for me to lose muscle mass. But I feel a calm in that I will have a big penis in the future. I no longer have knee pain as well.
