I've got the girth where I want it, so I need to lengthen a bit. I would say about 9 x 6.5, maybe 9.5 x 6.5.Also maybe increase base girth a bit, up from 5.75, maybe to 6-and a quarter. I like my taper.

I think this is true - I dont see many women complaining EVER about girth - I dont really see an upper limit.
