Please advice - routine and progress

Also tried the exposed led heat wrap today. Didn't measure but my penis felt cold so i doubt real heat was made.. i might go back using heat fan like SIM was using (me as well in the past).
In general i have cold hands and feet (all peripheria areas) so maybe that also have its effect.
Just go for MOSRED if you can afford. Dont waste time on things / devices users haven't got results.
If you have cold feet then, you should check your health for other issues because if you have health issues then the PE work might get slow down.

I have MOSRED but can't use it for an hour extending and can't apply it only on my D, also it required goggles which i can't put while extending.

I checked that, thanks, it seems to be just my body tendency or due to stress (not grounded). Nothing special found.

A majority of males and females have cold extremities. My wife is one of them. ICE COLD. This is due to poor blood circulation, and of course, having cold or cool environment don't have much either. This is where we have to evaluate the need to boost our blood circulation to an optimum level. Using MoS Red for a full hour is unhealthy. Using a heater blower or a small space heater is a great thing, but based on where you are, it can add up on costs. This is why we try to find ways to deploy heat using cheaper means, such as a rice sock during lengthening, if possible, or using warm water, when possible for pumping. You don't have to constantly expose it to heat, but every 5 minutes or so, allow 2 to 3 minutes of heat application to get the tissues more malleable again.

As you mention, stress can increase cortisol loading, and cortisol loading dilates the bloodstream, causing your extremities to go cold. During phases of high stresses, I back off from doing PE for a bit, just enough to maintain. Constant high stresses and intermediate to extreme PE can cause more harm than good. Just something to think about.

I have this issue. My fingers and toes are always so cold. I even need to wear gloves inside the house. I have no idea how to correct this. I know the MOSRED helps big time. Maybe I will use it to keep my hands and feel warm. I agree the cortisol point as I have experienced this for a long time. This is when I stopped worrying so much and I no longer have that issue. When worry comes about all I need to do is ask Holy Spirit to calm my heart. Worry does nothing to help us. Take things one at a time. Make a list of what your worries are and knock them out one at a time.

Absolutely right DLD. Thank you.

I made my extending session today with a heat fan in addition to IR heat wrap and (thanks to heat fan) i felt different expirience
Even though i didn't see bpfsl increase post session. But my D was much more loose warm and hang lower in oppose to cold and less hand in previous post sessions. Done half of my session bundled to max i could 5lb average

For more than 16 years, I had 40% more cortisol than the standard. It was something affecting my health (also had these issues you are talking about). A specific blend of ashwagandgha called "Ashwagandha shoden" 2x120mg (morning, before bed) and 400mg Phosphatidylserine before sleep lowered my cortisol levels to the place there should be. Mentioning it just in case.

Thanks! That's interesting. I never had morning cortisol higher than normal in blood test. I just such a vulnarable sensitive character. It's more difficult for me to handle stress compared to normal people. I took ashwagandha in the past but not this specific type.

I have taken all types of all herbs. I am a human experiment myself. Trying to find the cause of my problems where doctors and medical treatment did not work.
Ashwagandha Shoden has 35% withanolides which means that its so concentrated, that even 5grams of pure ashwagandha its still not better than this small pill. The trick here is Phospatidylserine. Somehow, It fixed my "circadic rythm".
What I mean by that:: I am Data Scientist. Night is my domain. for more than 20 years my life was "night" and I was waking up around 14.00 for quite some time which yes destoyed my health. After that, whatever pill i took? did nothing for me to sleep. Xanax, Tavor, Lexotanil, nothing.
Phospatidylserine helped me somehow fix my circadic rythm, making me "want to sleep" at night. Which is something that was like a gift for me, if you imagine that I was sleeping after 04:00 each night.

Just a periodical update:
Length work - keep expirimenting with the extender different positions / bundled vs non bundeled. Etc. Im not sure i have any post session length expension most times and it bothers me as im not sure im making progress..
Besides huge issue around my glans making it very difficult to use vac extender. Note im also using vac ADS all day.
The issue is my glans becomes red, skin peeling, pee hole affected too sometimes. Super annoying. I take a rest sometime to let it heal but as soon as i starr again it reoccurs.
I tape my glans as much as possible but doesn't help..

Girth work - lately i switched to soft clamping mainly combined with squizes or bit of SSJ. With IR heat. Without pumping. Sometime i pump a bit in shower regardless. I do believe combining them is better but i want to isolate and focus first only on the soft clamping and also since it's veryyy cold now i less enjoy being 80min naked in the shower :) but i will return to it.

My routine:
40-60minutes soft clamping divided to 5-8min sets.
I reached to 11 folded toe shields spreaded at my base.
Sometimes i split them to base and midshaft as a double clamping idea. Some sets i add the sily rings on top of the toe shields to add more strength.

P.S i bought a python clamp as air pump with quick vaccum release and plan to switch to it once arrived instead of toe shields and rings.

My results so far from last sessions:
During clamp max engorged (usually in last sets) is 12.6cm (while my base EG 11.5 so around 10%).
Post session EG seems to reach 12.0-12
2 so around 5%)
The interesting part is in the morning wood the next day (8-10 hours later) i could measure 11.9 EG in two days, but measuring again after 24 hours seems to return to base so far..
As a comparison at my best days doing pumping and ssj / clamping sets i could see max engorged 13.0 inside rings. 12.5 max post session. (And didn't get morninh wood next morning to compare). But i can assume some of it is just swelling/edema.

As we have discussed, push through with higher intensity, BUT, your penile condition may need that break period. Some call it a decon. Brother @kriskros is one. However, don't let up until you come to a point where you say, "Okay, time for a break."

As for the glans being inflamed or become irritated, let's give the ADS a break and use the sleeve elongation method instead. I order a replacement extender part and I hope I can tweak it to help you brother. So be patient. But what does that have to do with the ADS? Rather than vacuum, it's modified as a strap type. It's going to be a bit irritating to deal with extra protrusions that can rub on your skin, but I have used it in the past instead of the pipe clamps. You can pair it up with TheraBand layer for grip, sleeve for comforts, and use velcro straps for quick on-off.

Hahahahah. I know how you feel. Girth work after coming home from a long ride in the freezing temperature, not a whole lot of fun there, even under the warm cover. They need to sell more comfortable home pants with button up crotches for PE. Heating the whole house up or using space heater closely to the body for too long can get quite expensive.

So, what I'm seeing is, your penile expansion is there. It's really there. To be as forward as possible without hiding the truth, what I'm also seeing is the underlaying condition of penile partial venous leak. You do have a strong venous constriction, but there's also a partial venous leak somewhere. So, I don't normally recommend it, but how about replacing the 45 to 60 minutes of post puming routine using that you use the cock ring and replace it with the proclaimed angion method. In reality, it's just C-jelqing.

Hi
Thank you!
I really hope to find other attchment method that can spare the glans.

Im curious, Based on what you say i have a venous leak? You might be right of course. Just wonder what gives.

P.S i think it's treatble with the LIST. ChatGPT claim i need to add working around the base and on the perineum in addition to the shaft. And also increase the session time from 5 to 10min sessions (which is closer to the pheonix 15min protocol)

What flagged the venous leak, based on our prior conversations, are the following:
  • ED issues. You have a bit of a hard time keeping fully erected in the pump, or even for SSJ.
  • Glans issues, where you have irritation. Irritation causes the veins and arteries to open up as part of the inflammatory responses. This is also a partial leak issue.
  • You indicated you have good expansion one day, but not good expansion in another day. This is due to blood pressure equalization. In pathology, when blood pressure is not equalize to a normalize degree throughout the week, there's a weak point somewhere. Most brothers that pump and maintain expansion consistency throughout the week, venous leak is not a problem. But when there's a fluctuation, the leak can be random all over the place, or it can be at one specific zone near the base, or at the base.

Don't be down about this. Yes, it's cureable. Yes, it's not permanent. Yes, you can strengthen the penile body to provide stronger blood vessels. Use the LIST for active device treatment. Use C-jelqs as blood pressure training and rebuilding of the arterial walls of the blood vessels. It's an exercise to force each nodule of your blood vessels to have strong venous constriction because of stronger anti-siphoning structure. Here's what you're strengthening (the blue vein side, with micro-regulatory valves.

Man! I assume your forum AI system started to kick in taking all that conversations and reaching to conclusions.
either that or you are better then AI 😀
In either case, yeah i suspect you might be correct. I don't have problem keeping erection during sex or when i aroused but for excercises and stuff it doesn't hold. I thought it's just a matter of focus/mental, but im not sure.
I also noticed lately that once im on my back the penis seems less full then when i sit or stand, and i also wondered if it's related to a leakage.
In any case i will work with LIST and c jelqs and will see.
Thanks!!

Hahahaha. Sorry, our forum's AIs are not that advanced on the language models yet. We're too poor to deploy that kind of AI sophiscation here. This is all human's power.

It's both. During excitement, your body keeps pumping blood at a higher pressure. However, what you want to monitor is the normalized pressure when you're not excited. Normalized pressure is essential for PE. Excited pressure has too much uncertainty and fluctuation.

And here's the big flag! When you lay down, pressure should be normalized across the body. But you indicated it's not! Okay, I have to ask you further to verify a few things:
  1. Do you have headaches now and then if you don't get enough fluid for the day? Let's say if you don't drink more than 0.5 liter a day.
  2. Do you have heart palpatation when you're stressed or nervous? For example, you feel like your head is buzzing, your mind is going stir crazy, or your stress load exceeds a certain level beyond the average person around you.
  3. Do you have odd trembling episodes? Let's say you go out for half a day, and you didn't get enough food in your system because you are either busy or too excited, your fingers, legs, and shoulders start to shake and you can't find the reason why. You may also sweat a bit.
  4. Do you get light dizzy feeling when you are under stress?
  5. Do you feel like your lips are always dry, or your eyes feel like they have sand in them?
  6. Do you feel like you have sweaty hands and feel, although they are dry, and even on warm days?
These are just a few questions of hundreds of questions I want to ask, but they are more than enough.

I almost never have headaches, but there is no day i don't drink at least a liter. Usually more.
  2. Do you have heart palpatation when you're stressed or nervous? For example, you feel like your head is buzzing, your mind is going stir crazy, or your stress load exceeds a certain level beyond the average person around you.

Heart palpitations can occur to me if i too nervous, like i had a fight with someone, or sometimes with anxiety but not usually.
I am more stressed then average, but i usually don't get to such levels, well i also educated myself not to go there because than i simply get anxiety which leads to anxiety attacks..

Shaking and feeling bad, dizzy, when not eating on time is very dominant. It doesn't happen to me lately since i eat on time. But when i was working outside, travelling. Etc. It was very common. And it seems like my blood sugar was dropping as well.. hell i even can't fast for more than 15 hours without feeling bad.

Yes. But sometimes they are in fact sweaty (my palms). This happend to me more when i was younger and while i was excited like with girls.. was really uncomfotrable.
These are just a few questions of hundreds of questions I want to ask, but they are more than enough.

Ha ha.
Just first thing that is important for me to say. Im hypochondric and have anxiety / health anxiety so please don't scare me off about high risk health issues🙏 even though i made a LOT of tests and everything is normal from doctors POV. I have a lot of weird symptoms and feelings that i ask myself what's wrong with me for most of my life so far.. but doctors saying everything is fine with you. It's all in your head.

I answered the best i can inline. Im sorry but i don't know how to have an answer for each section like you do. So it's after each question. Feel free to ask more :)

No worries on that front brother. It's not about health issues, but hormonal fluctuation. We can crack the code and get you well on your way to strengthening yourself.

Now, on with the questions and answers:

Do you have headaches now and then if you don't get enough fluid for the day?
I almost never have headaches, but there is no day i don't drink at least a liter. Usually more.
  • Perfect.
Do you have heart palpatation when you're stressed or nervous?
Heart palpitations can occur to me if i too nervous, like i had a fight with someone, or sometimes with anxiety but not usually.
I am more stressed then average, but i usually don't get to such levels, well i also educated myself not to go there because than i simply get anxiety which leads to anxiety attacks..

  • Good. Too nervous is not something new for most people. As long as you can control yourself not to go up to that level most of the times. The problem is that high figh-or-flight blood pressure. Not to worry. Take deep breaths and calm down as fast as you can. Reduce the cortisol level loads.
Do you have odd trembling episodes?
Shaking and feeling bad, dizzy, when not eating on time is very dominant. It doesn't happen to me lately since i eat on time. But when i was working outside, travelling. Etc. It was very common. And it seems like my blood sugar was dropping as well.. hell i even can't fast for more than 15 hours without feeling bad.
  • And here it is! You know how to stabilize your blood and glucose level by recognizing it, which is a great thing.
Do you get light dizzy feeling when you are under stress?
Sometimes i do.
  • It's related to your low sugar level.
Do you feel like your lips are always dry, or your eyes feel like they have sand in them?
At some level.
  • This is manageable. High stress loads cause you to get a bit dehydrated. This is why the questions above.
Do you feel like you have sweaty hands and feel, although they are dry, and even on warm days?
Yes. But sometimes they are in fact sweaty (my palms). This happend to me more when i was younger and while i was excited like with girls.. was really uncomfotrable.
  • Since your hands are actually sweaty, or rather clammy, it's a classic sign of nervousness. Yours is a bit more than most average person.
See how my questions are breaking down the major and the minor issues? It's pretty simple. You already done all your tests and they are negative. Your venous leak is surrounding the high flucation of hormones during stressful days, and I can almost guarantee you that your blood sugar also play the part. Doctors will shove pill down your throat the moment they see these kind of diagnoses, but it's quite simple to do things naturally.
  • Exercise: this is critical. I don't care what kind of exercises you've done, but think about the kind of quality exercise you need. Most critical is pelvic type exercises. Hip abduction exercises come to mind. Pelvic tilt and raises is second. Back, specifically lumbar, strengthening is essential. Lunges and leg resistant exercises to engage your quads, thighs, and glutes. The Bulgarian split squats are great for you.
  • Endurance fitness: this is not just exercise, but blood pressure normalization. No, it's not running to stress your heart. No, it's not just weight training to strengthen your muscles. It's actually low impact and high resistant routines, just like your your penis. Think of walking but in an elevated fashion. Over where we live, we call it Stairmaster training. Other parts of the world, it's climbing. For humor purposes, I simply grab my wife, let her does her cowgirl style while I support her around my waist lifting her off the ground.
  • Keep your sugar level normalize: don't let it drop. No crazy fad diets.
  • Keep your system hydrated: with a hint of salt or hydration packs. Don't use full hydration pack, but just 10% of it daily. On hot days, half to full recommended electrolytes load.
  • Dietary intake: good food with magnesium content. If not, be mindful of magnesium supplement in the form of magnesium citrate, glycinate or malate.
  • Breath deep and keep your body oxyganated: relax, do yoga, or just find way to maximize your oxygen level in your system. My recommendation is to get an O2 sensor for your cardial monitoring. Keep your oxygen level as elevated as possible through good old breathing exercises. If you can't maintain O2 level a good steady level, evaluate the reason why.

Ok my new question here to @oldandlively since it goes with the post.
I have seen that when doing PE, after a few workouts my libido is starting decreasing. Do you correlate fatigue (penis) with mental fatigue ?

You are very precious dude! I really appreciate how much you go to help brothers here far beyond PE.

O2 you mean oximeter? I have one and it's always good. My blood pressure is also healthy. If anything i think i have tendency towards low blood pressure, low heart rate, low blood sugar. I think it's all result of exhustion. Or just body tendency.
I will go over your recommendation list and make sure to try it out.
