Please advice - routine and progress

Keep trying for a few more sessions, normally a week or two, and evaluate all dimensions to the approach before abandoning it.

I bought 2l water tank for the mityvac pump. And men its finally working with water!

Today after some break (week or two) from pumping. I started round one narrow mityvac cylinder 6inhg.
2nd and 3rd round with BM wider cylinder 6.5-8inhg dynamic.
The great part is my normal girth is 10.5cm and the girth after srt 5x5x3 was almost 12cm!! That's huge for me.
I expiriment with srt 5x5x3 for around 5months and i never had such significant change after the workout. So we can say that now i started!

I dont know if thats because the switching between cylinders or the fact that i reach almost 8inhg (as opposed to 7.) Or the break i had. But men it is awesome!! Even my wife was shocked.

Short update:
Still working with mityvac only. Up to 8inhg. Get expantion of nearly 0.75cm+- after.
I started today trying doing c jelqs instead of SSJ in the SRT 5X5X3 routine.

Have two issues with mityvac.
1.the pump or gun part is sooo exhusting for my hand.
Just to compare i can reach 5inhg in like 5-7 squizes within 10seconds +- with the BM ball. And it's not so difficult.
But with the mityvac it can take me 90seconds of exhusting squizes on the gun to just to get to 5inhg.. almost every set i need to switch hands just to get to the desired pressure.

2. It seems like some skin from my balls is pulled into the cylider even that i tried not to. And when i pump i can see the first third from the base expanding and filling the cylinder completely. The thing is some time i feel pain at that bottom area when i pump and i suspect its because the area there wants to expand but hit the wall and can't.

The reason im still trying the mityvac is the fact that the cylinder size is more small and close to my penis than BM that it's one size so big and im not sure it's optimal.

Generally i was not doing 5x5x3 frequently as i was just without motivation.

I also having hard time to keep good erection on the excercise as im just in low mood or tired. So it might doing length work with pumping as i enter 60-70% erect maybe. And i did notice greater length (0.5+) after done with the excercise.

For length work.. recently i just use regular extender for 6 hours a day 5 on 2 off. and some hand bundeled streches.. as i just feel tired for LM work.

First you can tie back your scrotum using a wrap. As far as being difficult over time your hands will become stronger. I would not train if you are tired as this can be unproductive, make sure you get enough rest before a session. Keep trying to perfect your MityVac work, I promise it gets better.

The thing is i always do it at the end of the day which then i tired.
If i will do it in the morning i will not be able to do strech work anymore.

Why not go for girth in the am and length in the pm? Or you could do length one day and girth the next day?

At first i thought maybe to apply it on the skin like a cream with the needed nutritient. But i doubt if it will reach all tissues inside or just be applied from skin to bloodstream. Or if it has any special adventage

So i can take few approaches:

1. Just roll the roller around the penis. And once you complete the circle gently just stop. (The most generous measure)

2. Try to strech it to the maximum until your penis is choked and there is room to strech more. (Of course here you will get the smallest girth measure).

3. Aim to something in the middle. Seems like a grey area.. because the middle is a large range.

I think especially after pumping where you might have some fluffy fat skin that might affect even more.

I also ask because i want to know where i am universally. So when im saying my girth is x or y. Is it really x or y or i just measure the wrong way?


P.s for the 1st method im now at 12cm after srt 5x5x3 which is a new high for me.

Unrelated question. Lately i see my penis reach to 19.3cm inside the BM tube while i used to see it only up to 18.5.

I did increase the pressure high lately just a bit. But i see this new length even on middle pressure.. i wonder if that means i gained new length or not neccesary?

You should not choke the penis when measuring girth. You should measure with a Taylor tape mid shaft and keep it loose enough that your missing the true measurement. All expansion counts so do not compress too much.

Just keep it simple and measure consistent with your method. I have always used the method above and my temporary gains always become permanent. So even if you have an alternative method always measure that way. Even when you measure length whatever method you use remain consistent.

Yes these gains are temporary but with consistent measurements will become permanent

You can measure right after the 5x5x3 routine to see the effective expansion rate. You want a minimum of 10% expansion whenever you can. But even 5% is good on an average day.

Roll the roller? Ooo..is this the can and bottle roller tool? I have that somewhere too. It's good to relax the tunica, but gua sha is more effective.

Yes. Length is based on how hard you can stretch until it looks like a poor piece of taffy candy.

3. Aim to something in the middle. Seems like a grey area.. because the middle is a large range.
If you want a full stretch, make sure to stretch at two main points: at the base of the glans, slightly above or slightly below the middle point of the penis. This allows the tissues to have equalized stressor points to pull all tissues, include the ligaments.

I think especially after pumping where you might have some fluffy fat skin that might affect even more.
Yep. Loose skins add extra to girth measuring which you don't want.

It's both. X is before the pumping, and Y is after the pumping. True measurement is X after 12 hours of tissue resting. Y is perfect just before shoving into a pussy.

Most don't observe this. This is called high malleability. It means that the penis is responding rapidly to changes because it's reaching a new growth and cementing stages. In other words, you are gaining and permanently sealing new gains. Don't let up with the routines.
 
Congrats brother. This is just merely a light gain. Keep going and you'll enter multiple phases of accelerated gains.

Today for example was a following day, i started with temp expantion of 0.5cm already before i started the excercise (i guess from yesterday excercise). But the after today was less than after yesterday.

Is that normal?
Is that a hint from my body that i should not do day after day?
 
You could try every other day and see if that is beneficial. It is normal to see ups and downs in growth. The most important part is your growing bigger over a 6 month period

This is normal. Let's break it down:

During the initial day, the expansion is optimal and can be achieved at 0.5cm. This is actually a very normal expansion for most penises using pressure between 5inHg to 6inHg. This is even more normal for veteran pumpers that have thick tissues over the years of pumping.

Then, on day two or day three, the expansion seems less. Why? Tissues are working hard to repair, and during a high stress point on day two or three, the body signal to fight back as hard as possible. This means at 5inHg or higher pressure, the body recognizes as micro traumas being inflicted on the penis. So, optimal expansion is not achieved. During these days, we play a more strategic game with the penis by reducing the pressure by 1inHg, pump less, and perform more SSJ in lower intensity than the normal aggressive days. This allows expansion still, at a slower pace, but still achieve good expansion close to the 0.5cm. we focus on positive pressure through SSJ rather than negative pressure through pumping. Positive pressure is recognized by the body as internal regulated pressure, and although there's an imbalance of positive pressure, it doesn't mount a defense like a negative pressure cause on the body.

Is that a hint from my body that i should not do day after day?
You can allow a one day on, one day off routine so your body can also rest. This is another routine approach to trick the body.

Gain status update:
On Girth (which is the more important aspect for me) i started seeing results recently finally after a long time with no results.

But at the length side i stopped gaining since Apr 2024 (7 months now).

Summary of my length gains so far since the beggining:

after using noose extender for maybe 7-8 months + manual hand bundled streches started week or two (before the first gain) i suddenly saw around 1cm grow (17>18.0).

At that point i started LM at Feb 19 2024 in addition to reducing extender.

At Apr 13 i measured around 18.7cm At best. Which was nice. But since then i stucked..
I added SS at Apr 14 (instead of extender) and i was keep going with the LM and SS up to Jul 2024 and then stopped SS and continue with LM and extender again up to end of Aug 2024, without even a minor change.

SInce i made most of gain with the extender and maybe hand bundled streches and also because i find it difficult to do LM anyway and no results within 4 months, i gave up on LM and switched back to do only extender. Doing hand bundled not so frequent..
I still didn't gain anything since Apr 2024.. which sucks.

My problems with LM were:
1. No time to do that.
2. Very exhusting. Especially with BTC positions.
3. Difficulties of pain, and combining it with pumping and SS was doing havoc on my penis. Glans.

Regarding SS - another story. Bottom line i didn't manage to deal with it + wasn't able to set the same active pressure as with extender.

All tha above with no gain burried all my motivation.

Oh and also i don't do the part of wrapping the penis when resting to avoid turtling back. Is that critical?

I guess i wonder what is the recommendation here to gain more length.

What most of us don't understand that length is harder to gain than girth, but we don't associate that girth also influences the changes in length. Our mind is so fixated on one thing so much that we forgot to do the other to get past it.

You hit first plateau on length, but you didn't hit on girth. Take advantage in that by switching over to 80% girth routine to break down the lateral tissues and allow the tunica to rest and prepare the new phase of growth for length later. Use the LM by doing rotary cranks/contortion twists to break the tissues down faster because of the leverage. The 20% is the extender at the lower setting of 800g to 900g to keep the tissues from diverting all growth to girth. It maintain the length while you work on your girth.

This is one of the methods to break through the plateaus. There are dozens.

Oh and also i don't do the part of wrapping the penis when resting to avoid turtling back. Is that critical?

It's about finding a good balance of rigidity for the wrapping but still loose enough to get the blood flowing. If you see purplish color change or the penis is cold or numb, it's too tight.

Take out a digital kitchen scale, if you have it, and measure accurately. Your extender may be causing your plateau going into it too fast because of the high static traction force more than 1.2kg for too long of the wearing hours. Press down onto the scale and see how much traction force is at each point of the mark. You may have to mark new points on your extender.

Regarding the 80%-20%. Can you please break it down for me? What does it mean it term of routine?
How much days a week and hours i should do LM & Extender, and how much Girth work.
Let's break it down.

You can warm up the tissue using basic stretches for a few minutes. If you can, strap on the LM and do rotary cranks from one side to the next as much of the rotation as you can, hold for 30 seconds. Make sure to go both directions with equal amount of force and equal amount of rotational angles. If you want to satisfy the length routines for the 20%, you can do light pull/push down, out, and all angles while you are doing the rotary cranks for the few warm up minutes.

Since you've been doing the 5x5x3 but I didn't see your modified routines, I will assume you have stuck with the 5x5x3 sets. However, we will modify it to a 3x10x3 sets instead.

3 minutes pump at the moderate pressure, 8 minutes of SSJ, and jelq downwards a bit to get blood to flow with gravity to prep for the next pump.

1 minutes of pumping to moderate pressure, 30 seconds of pumping to high, then alternate between moderate and high for the remaining time. Same SSJ and downward jelqs.

Repeat again.

Now. At the end, we will wrap for length and not for girth. Normally, for girth, we use a cock ring or a restrictive band at the base of the penis. For your needs, we will use a sleeve or a wrap to keep the penis elongated as long as you can. Once again, don't wrap too tightly and allow blood to flow. Remove everything before going to sleep since I have a feeling you will be doing the routines more at night than during the day. You can wear the extender in place of the wrap if you like, but it must be at the lower traction force at 600g and at max of 800g.

If you can do the girth routines for morning and able to wear the extender or SS all day at lower traction, even better. If not, keep it wrapped for conveniences.

Wow. That's crazy. Make mark on the pressure rods for 600g. No wonder you hit a plateau too early. Too much static tensions at too high of a traction load.

Yes. Rotary crank is to turn your LM handles one direction in a rotation completely until you can rotate any more. But pay attention how far you can rotate in one direction and how much force you put into the rotation at the end while you hold at that force. Do the same amount of rotation to the other side and at the same force.

Pull and stretch lightly all all angles. We are not forcing the penis to lengthen. We are forcing the penis to break down the tissues for effective girth expansion.

For how long? 20mins? Once a day?
If you have time before the pump, 20 minutes is good. If you don't have time, 10 minutes is enough.

About SRT 5X5X3 indeed i do the same. Do you think the change of the routine and the sleeve instead of a ring will bring better results for girth as well? Just to remind that Girth is still my main priority so i don't want to ruin that.
If girth is your main priority, we can do the new routine with 3x15x3 for now if there is time. If there is no time, 3x10x3 for now to observe your girth growth rate. Then when you see that malleability kicking in where your penis is wanting to expand, we hit it with 3x15x3 or 3x15x5.

Few updates:

1. Following the recommendation i got here not to use high tention extender as the main length workout. I reintroduced the LM. And This round for some reason i really feel happy with it. The streches feels really good. Maybe thats also thanks to @oldandlively advice to rotate until i can't rotate anymore and only then push/pull. At the past while i was doing mainly 360degrees i was streching skin instead of tissues. But now i do additional 90-180 degrees and it feels amazing.

So far i do 10min newbie routine+BTC twice a day. Hopefully i will increase session time.
One interesting point i noticed with newbie routine i feel good strech to the sides (either tending downwards or upwards) and also upwards. But not very good strech downward. Like i don't feel there the same feeling that my inner penis streched out. I wonder if it says something about my tissues status. (Ligmants and all other terms i hear but don't understand yet).
BTC feels fair strech.

I have also ordered phallosan forte as ADS and extender. hopefully it will work for me better as i really feel the regular non vaccum extender is not optimal.

In the girth world. I measured around 11.2cm prior to girth work (72 hours without). Which is small gain. However after the srt 5x5x3 session i don't see huge expantion as i wanted. Usually around 12.0cm.

I tried 3x8x3 as suggested but didn't noticed better expantion. So today i switched to 6x6x3. With still similar results.
I had couple events recently where i had above 12.0 and it also seemed really wider but if im honest it alse seemed part of it was that the skin was just swolen and fat which was nice but i guess it's not real girth.

P.s in the 2 recent girth work i noticed pain apears at much lower pressure. So in the recent i reached to 9inhg top with no pain at all. But in last two even at 7inhg or less i suddenly feel some weird pain that comes and go very very fast which is kind of alarming because there is no prior warning. Feels like something move inside my tissues or something for a sub second. So i try to be very cautions but it sucks.

Im not sure why it happens. My main theory it's because my penis already exhusted from LM work.
Another theory is becaused i started doing kegels inside the cylinder. But i think i have done it before.

Last point i just thought about that i wish i could wrap my penis in some hot wrap all day. And i wondered if that would expedite my growth. Since i became more aware of temperature importance. And i wonder if only during the excercises. Or that even during healing its important as to keep blood flow. Especially in the winter.

You can heat up an ace bandage and microwave it. This will be plenty of time with a hot wrap
 
Few updates:

1. Following the recommendation i got here not to use high tention extender as the main length workout. I reintroduced the LM. And This round for some reason i really feel happy with it. The streches feels really good. Maybe thats also thanks to @oldandlively advice to rotate until i can't rotate anymore and only then push/pull. Good to hear it's working well. Lateral tissues is a hidden gem you have to break and loosen up before things can be effectively work well for you. But do ease up after a day or two of over twisting the tissues. Just use half the strength in the twist rather than a full hard twist like usual. This is due to fatigues setting in.

Yes. The inner tissues, or the tissues connecting to the muscles at the base of the penis are a bit tight. No need to go too hard yet. Just slowly increase the tension little by little.

Recently i did more c jelqs and little ssj for total of 5min. and i was getting bigger expantion as it seems.

Today i did mainly ssj for almost 8 minutes and little jelqs too. And i got 11.5-11.8 afterwards. Very low. And not for the first time.
So it's either the ssj eliminates any fluid buildup thus causing smaller girth total afterwards. Or that c jelqs worked better for me. Or it's neither that or that.

Great observation. I believe I see the patterns. I'll explain and I'll offer something to change with.

When you use SSJ to induce positive pressure, your penis already maxed out the amount of blood volume in the constraint corpus cavernosa. Think of a room that already have strong walls, and you need to break the walls down little by little. When you use the C-jelqs, you're forcing blood through the existing blood vessels, and C-jelqs is practiced to induce larger blood volume rush. It's like making your current garden hose to become larger using high pressure than the garden hose can support the volume of water flow. By forcing the blood volume in a quick push each and every stroke, you're forcing a higher flow pressure to expand and contract that your body likes. Think about how when you're hot and horny, and your blood pressure forces a large amount of blood to make your penis as a hard as it can to make the partner feels ecstatic with a larger feeling to receive your semen. By doing the C-jelqs, follows by the SSJ in balance, you're causing that expansion phenomenon through larger blood vessel blood flow, and positive expansion rate through SSJ to force the blood chamber temporarily.

As you go past the 3rd set, your penis will reach fatigue. Some penises respond very well for stresses, and some not so much. We'll gauge it at this moment in time.

Keep at it for an entire week to see if reaches further expansion, or breaking through the tissue loading.

I used to have that too. It's actually a combo of friction burn, skin thinning, and tissue expansion. Try to use low viscosity lubricant, such as olive oil, during the C-jelqs and SSJ. That will reduce the friction issue. For skin restoration, you can use coconut oil or liquid Vit E, or even organic castor oil.

ADS may be a culprit, but it's actually the friction between folding skin and silicon layer/wrapping that caused it. Friction + pressure = skin thinning. If you're using PhalloSan, that's an extender and not the ADS. If youre using the strap system for the PhalloSan Forte, that's an ADS. That's definitely the friction + pressure = skin thinning and light edema. A warm then cold then warm then cold compress, follows by liquid Vit E or castor oil will help healing it faster. I normally use red light before the castor oil to boost the healing even faster.

By the way im on my second day with Phallosan. So far it's working fairly ok.

It seems like until Oct i was not very dedicated and consistant and i was also around 6-7inHG.
Around Oct i started to me more consistant and i was up around 8inHG.
Thats were i started seeing start of better expantion after (11.5-+ vs 11.0-11.3 before).
Around the end of Oct i had a breakthrough and i started having expantion of 12.0-12.2 after. And also started to see 11.3-5 girth also after 72 hours without girth work (in oppose to 10.5 before).

The change i have done was getting up to 9inHG. (But that was not consistant and not every session. But did on the first session i saw that expansion). But also (and i tend to think had an impact as well) ìntroduced erect c jelqs.

Another pattern i could see in my logs:

When I was doing 2 days on, 3 days off. I could see good 12.0-12.2 expansion after excercise.

But if i would do 2 days on, 1 day off, or even 2 days on, 2 days off, i got less expansion of 11.8-12.0.

And for the last month it seemed to be consistent.

What that tells us? Could it be that my body needs more healing time for better results?

All brothers use different rest days. 2 on 1 off should be fine but if not go to 2 on 2 off. If you start with 2 on 2 off as you progress than I would switch to 2 on 1 off. Fatigue does not mean you should break as this is expected in everyone doing pe. But if there is sharp pain then it's time to break

The tissues want time to create a large malleability capacity, so it desires a bit longer of a rest. Try this for a few weeks:

Start off with:
2 days on, 2 days off for one session.
2 days on, 3 days off for the second session.

Alternate to:
2 days on, 2 days off for two sessions.
2 days on, 3 days off for the 3 days off.

Then repeat again from the top. This method actually retrain your tissues to provide faster responses for healing, but at the same time, allow enough time for the rest the tissues need.

I had great erection doing the c jelqs.
And the after expansion was great: 12.2-12.4cm.

My wife told me stop working on girth. It's too much already! But i think getting to 13-14cm should be minimum.
