Please advice - routine and progress

I just wonder if i might did something wrong to cause this or how to avoid it next time. I don't remember doing something out of the ordinary lately.

36hours prior to this injury i had really good pumping session followed by durorings with ssj sets. My D was really girthy. And temp gains lasts up to 50 hours! I never saw temp gain beyond 24 hours. Wonder what that means.
I also wonders if this damn good girth session wasn't also related to the injury later happen in LM session.

Tissue hyper expansion. After a good expansion, there's a very fine zone where you can further expand the tissues, which is hyper expansion. The fluid remains in the cells and between the different skin layers a bit longer. BUT, there is a moderate chance where the lymphatic drainage also get damaged, trapping the draining fluid. Without the free drainage through the lymphatic nodes, excess fluid pressure can build up and cause injuries.

And after 4 rest days I can really return to Length master intensive sessions without worrrying about re-rupture the injured spot?

Yes, that's the average time of break for cellular regeneration to heal. When restarting, don't go too crazy with the traction load and rip the healing area up again. Ease in.
 
Ok so I have started again after 4.5 days rest.
Still can reach to 21.6 bpfsl.

I dont know if its psycological or not, but i still feel sensitive and hard to to pull even slightly hard to a point it feel a good strech and no more.

Also BTW for some reason the strech power felt more intense in newbie routine than with sitted DBS (unrelated -even prior to the injury).

I also wonder if the wrapping method (thera + bandage) is the best comfort option? Also what is the theraband meant for as wrapping?
I understood some people do silicon sleeve with bandage for wrapping

It's not mental. It's physical. Sensitivity is an indicator the tissues have reset to some degrees and needs to ease back in.

The feeling of being more intense is because your tissues have time to reset back to either their restful state, OR, regains their higher sensitive state. Think about your arm being slapped every day, where your brain dull out the pain as a coping mechanism. When you stop for a few days, and smack your arm again, the intense pains return from the smacking. After a few days of continuous smacking, your pain receptors got dull again. This is the adoptive and adaptive mechanisms for your body. We have to play a very thin line to make your growth happen because of this.

I don't get why sometimes I can feel convinient compression and good penis strech. And sometime it stops, and i feel either compression inconvinience like it bites me, my nerves, tissues, skin, you name it.. just doesn't feel right and painful. And also the streches are not working well as they used to be. Instead feeling goood strech i mainly feel inconvinience and pain but not the good strech pain.

Additionally my relatively fast bpfsl growth i had in 40 days+ stopped. And i stuck on 21.6-7 max i think close to a month now.
I suspect maybe fast growth was regain of old bpfsl that was reverted when i stopped LM.
Either way it feels like i lost track again.
If I won't find a solution and get back on track i might switch to weight compression hanging..

This is where the experimental wrapping will be required. If you don't like to discuss openly, we can discuss it through messages. We'll find a way to optimize the wrapping to prevent the highly compressive state you're feeling using the LM3. There are many ways to achieve total comforts without sacrificing the traction load during stretches. Let us know, brother.

This is not necessarily true. When your body detected pains and discomforts, it will retract to protect itself. Until you can find more comforts for the LM3 or your traction needs to do your routines, the body will adopts the stages of pain, and initiates new method to adapt to the pain. This means a halt on the gains, but not losing anything. We need to find a method to create comforts again where the body will adopt a relax state and readapt to the new traction load without engaging any kind of self-preservation mode.

You can use both. Weight can be a constant load, while LM3 can use as an initial moderate to high traction load breaker. OR, you can use hanging as an initial low traction load to relax the tissues, and luse LM3 to further break the tissues for longer hour of elongation for gains. Either way, you need mechanical assist to break the tissues around the penis as well as the tunica and septum for the length of the penis.

I also replaced to new Theraband today. So i put theraband and then the bandage (i can roll maybe 6 rounds around my penis - snug). But now (didn't happend to me in first 50 days or so - Mostly) it feels like when I close the compression, the flat side is smashing me. So instead all my penis will be inside the rounded area some of it goes out to the flat side (on one side at least) and then its painful. Maybe its because i switched to new bandage and its more thick coat now. But i used it for some time with no such issue.
This is at least one of the issues. If i will find a way to feel comfort close I can tell if that makes a difference in the streches as well.

From the pictures you look like you're doing everything correctly. I would say, mess with the wrap a bit more and if that doesn't work, try keeping your penis directly in the center, when stretching. Perhaps you need to do a hot wrap before you start.That may help you also.
 
I see what's going on now. Look at the top plate in relative to the lean angle. See how much more the front leans down than the back side? We can say, "Oh, it's because the plate is grabbing more girth at the back than the front." That angle creates a massive amount of focused traction load in one single area rather than distribute the load all around the girth of the penis. The angle focuses on either the top of the penis during a straight pull, and heavily kink the bottom when you do an angle pull.

Actually, that's not so. This is where the wrap needs to reduce in the total cover length, unless you want to just create a bit of protective area on the skin to prevent abrasion. You only want 3cm of the total length in between the plates to create sufficient traction hold and cushion wrapping. The bulk of the wrap should be equal from front to back. When you have the plates strapped on, make sure the dead center of the wrap is dead center of the plates. This is where the comforts will be achieved.

When you wrap, make sure to fully pull the foreskin back as much as you can. Don't allow any foreskin to be trapped and cinched inside the wrap. This is where the "pricklimg" or "painful" part comes in. Fully pull and straighten the foreskin out during wrapping. Don't allow the skin to fold or pinch inside the wrap. This is another comfort method.

So today prior reading your advice, i also thought to fold the Theraband, and then roll over it only and not more. And also i changed bandage to self adhesive wrap to make the wrap less thick (i guess i could get same effect by cutting the bandage shorter and i will try that next). And it was much better.
1. I could close the compression all the way or almost.
2. I could strech harder and without any unwanted pain - only good strech.

So that's already a step forward. I will try to incorporate your advice as well next.

I could reach 21.7 post bpfsl (not new), and I hope to see movement now with the better grip.

Just a bit of something to be aware of, as you increase the bulk of the wrap, the upper plate is also under intense pressure during the tightening. My suggestion is to see this mod:


This will further support the LM3 so you can go crazy with the strapping without the fear the *SNAP* or *CRACK* sound coming from the plate.
