If you enter into the cylinder 80% erected, and achieve 100% erection at 10inHg, that's perfectly fine. You can even enter into the cylinder at 20% erected, but make sure to get 100% erected as you go past 5inHg. For those with ED, it's very hard to get any kind of erection at 3inHg. I can. I go as long as 5 minutes now. On average, I do a 3-minute SSJ without releasing. It's hard for most. You can build up to that time. Now, I'm pushing as long as 5 minutes. ManI know exactly what you're talking about. When I transitioned from the 1.25in to 1.5in cup, there is a bit of room until my glans can properly fit. It fits quite well after pumping, but not so much after a good night of rest. I'm too large for the 1.25in and slightly too small for the 1.5in. The slip and slides causes edema and kinking as well.
This brought an idea up for me when I found a unique way to seal and stabilize my smaller glans in the bigger cup. I used a piece of my TheraBand to wrap around the corona of my glans, and also around the base of the glans. This increase the glans and the gentle wrap around the base also create a secondary seal and padding to prevent the slip and side effects. So far, no kinking, no pain, full seal, and my glans increased slightly during wearing the SS.
The second trick, which I don't like to do all the time, is to moderately wrap around the base of my penis. It allows the penis to remain in a slightly engorged state all day in a restrictive form. It's something like an all day after pumping girth routine while using the SS. Works great, but the wrapping and unwrapping to pee a dozen times a day is a pain in the balls. I drink a lot of water to remain hydrated for my outdoor activities, especially for the upcoming crazy heat. This is not practical.
As for the penis sleeves, the 6mm thickness at the Medium Size sleeve gets stretched like crazy with the 1.5in cup. Works great still. If I go up to Large, the sleeve is too loose to hold effect. I'm at that transitional state for the sleeve as well. Man..another 5 to 7 months before my penis can fill the 1.5in cup without any additional mod needs. I'm not about to pull out my extended and suffer the pain.
So, first project, I'm creating am insert conical seal using a soft silicone mix. It's practically a unique cock ring at the glans. I didn't get a chance to create a mold this weekends due to heat exhaustion from swing trees to trees for yard works. Crazy temperature lately. The conical seal will act as temporary girth filler during my transition from the 1.25in to 1.5in. rather than a wrap, it will be a quick slap on, push up, and seal it. Even with the size Large sleeve, it will still creat a good suction at the base of the glans. Not sure how it will fare during high movements.
Hope this gives you an idea about the padding approach.

ThanksAh, you might be hitting the first set of plateau. This means your body is adapting to both the traction force and the lower pressure.
For Length Master, I don't know where you are at in terms of traction force (weight base). That will be hard to tell. As long as you pull until you get that dull achy feeling to the slight discomfort, that is the target zone.
As for BM routine, increase the dynamic pressures from 6.5inHg as your lower limit to 8inHg as your upper limit for creeping. If you still don't feel that achy internal expansion, you may have to creep up toward 8.5 and 9inHg.
You are at a growth and adaptive phases in the PE. You need to switch from slow static and low dynamic routines to aggressive and high dynamic routines.
Let's break down on the specifics of your LM and BM routines so we can figure things out.

Yes you can increase the width really easy with a wide Bathmate pump. This is why I recommend to go back and fort between a snug pump/cylinder and a wide pump/cylinder.
You will then be able to gain faster because you will force the expansion throughout/up your shaft. Start the session on set 1 with a narrow cylinder, then use a wider cylinder on set 2 to force extreme expansion and then go back to a more snug pump/cylinder. This technique worked for me.

High dynamic for LM is pull to downwards and backwards between and behind the butt cheeks until you feel a dull, achy, uncomfortable feeling. It's like your entire penis, from the very deep inside of the penis to the entire length of the penis is being rugged to the point of uprooting. There should not be a painful feeling along the entire penis. Just that achy uncomfortable feeling. If you feel the pain is around and on the glans, you wrapped it incorrectly. Once you feel that achy full feeling at the specific angles during the downwards and backwards pull, push back a little more until you reach that hint of slight pain, hold for 10 to 15 seconds, and release back to the dull achy feeling. Back and forth, back and forth every 1 minute. This is dynamic pulling, similar to the pumping. You'll be surprised how many extra inches you pull can in addition to your erected length. Mine is close to 2.5in extra without bundling, and 1.5in with bundling.

The only problem is that i can't use mityvac with water as you know.. so im not sure how to do that.

I thought you didn't had the access or something to pump with water. Personally I live by myself and I need to occupy the shower for some time during my routines, so this was the reason to my question. I don't believe I would be able to water pump If I didn't lived by myself.
My suggestion is that you create a bigger water trap. It will be so much easier to water pump with: MityVac Hydro-Vac Penis Pump that way. You will experience no limitations.
I'm soon going to send the bluprints to DLD so this kit (bigger water trap) will be up on the shop to be bought. But there is some time before that will happen.

I was going back and forth between Hydromax 5 and HydroXtreme 7 Wide Boy to get my first gains. But before that I only was using Hydromax 5 without the comfort insert. I never used the comfort insert. Hydromax 5 was really wide and long for me in the beginning. Funny to look back and realize you have maxed it out completely.
Pumping with Bathmate are a little bit different then MityVac. The suction and expansion are happening a little bit different. I can't explain it. But it's very close to each other when you pump with water. But due to the wide pumps you can force alot more width expansion.

Yes, there is importance at times to take a long break from PE, but not completely off. Continual PE can cause tissues to become more dense. Soft tissues can indeed be more dense and less responsive to growth. Take a break by easing off the PE to once every few weeks help to soften the dense tissues back to softer tissues as they relaxed, or common term is degenerate. Actually i bought something else from amazon. Same idea.. Since cole palmer didn't seem to ship worldwide.Very nice. You got the Cole-Palmer 2L model. @DLD Something to think about stocking as offered "upgrade". Buy by itself and shipping can be very expensive. But large bulk can save the brotherhood quite a bit.
