Well if you can stay erect for two or three hours that will do a crazy amount of good for girth and length growth in itself. There are guys on here who inject PGE1 into the penis so they can keep an erection that long (refer to the alternative and experimental pe section). I’ve actually not been in a situation to confirm which of using the cock ring on an 2-3 hour erection or just using it while flaccid is better. I would say test it to figure it out; however, just be cognizant of the way your penis feels and looks. If there is any numbness or loss of feeling then the cock ring is too tight. Also if you are getting a lot of fluid build up … it is probably too tight.

Also, I'd recommend using a ring any time you are erect. I wear mine as much as possible just to "help" with my exercises.
