Pearly penile papules

Hi,anyone have or had them?Long time ago i have went to my dermatologist and burned them with electrocauter and they have disapeard in proportion of 80-85%.Now they are growing back and i think streching is the cause.I somehow with the grip from the strech i stimulate those glands to grow,i think.I fucking dont like them,many girls dont know that they are a normal condition and that its not a sexual transmited something.Anyone noticed pearly penile papules growth from Penis Enlargement? I post a pic that i have found on i-net for those who dont know what are they.
 
I got them a little bit, I learned to live with them, and I never had a girl ask, "What the fuck is that?" Just get them burnt off again!

They have been with me ever since I can remember! You can't just get them, but they happen to be there. You know what I mean. Kinda like freckles, they're just there, and sometimes you get new ones!
 
They're not like a disease or anything. I have like 2 on each side under my head on the frontside ever since I bothered to look down there. Don't really bother me and I haven't noticed them becoming irritated through Penis Enlargement at all.
 
I have had them since puberty I think..... At first I used to be bothered by them only b/c I thought chics would think i'm deiseased, by i've only had 1 girl ask what they were before; and when I told her she was fine with it.... some chics have them too :)
 
Yea, I have similar under the ridge of my glans. Always been there.

I got them burned with electrocauter,a little lidocaine localy and i havent felt nothing.The worst is that the healling proces is "long",2 weeks.
 
I've got quite a lot under my head. I fucking hate them - they don't look nice.
I never knew you could get them burned off, might look into that.
 
i remember i used to think they were blocked pores on my penis.... but i researched and found out they were normal... i have loads
 
I have a little under my head just above my circum. scar, and its a little small spot that has a lil bit, hardly noticeable, never bothered me..
