PE troubles---My penis is exhausted

I stretch, kegel, and jelq every day. However, the problem is my penis is exhausted all the time...to the point where its almost work to get an erection. I don't like taking rest days but would they be in my best interest? I dont want to take them if they harm my gains.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

you should let your penis rest until you feel your good erections again then start pe.

Rest days are vital to the growth process. Your erections should be improving, not faltering. If you're having erectile difficulties then you'll need to cut back on the intensity and/or volume of your routine. Find a point where the intensity/volume is just right and work up in reps and intensity slowly from there.
