even with the surgery which all it is cutting suspensory ligament..you will still have to do manual stretches to help with the gains..trying to pull out the "unseen part of your penis" honestly to me it wouldn't even be worth it..but i wouldn't try to talk anyone out of it..people are gonna do what they want..but you can save yourself a few thousand bucks and just pe manually. to answer your question no you will still be circ..they don't cut the skin and bring it down..if that is what you are asking...
I dont quite understand what you mean by all this. All i can say is never get surgery it is very dangerous and you get get better results with NPenis Enlargement

I would advise you not to do it. I had penile surgery 20 years ago to correct a downward curvature (Nesbitt procedure). The surgery not only shortened my erection by about 3/4", it also induced a curve to the left. The surgeon's response was to recommend another surgery. I started Penis Enlargementing 8 months ago to correct this curve and have now corrected about 1/3 of it and as a bonus have added about 1/2 " length. And I'm not real meticulous in following a schedule and over 50. As a younger man you should be able to meet your goals as long as they are reasonable. Good luck!

do I need a certain amount of posts to start a thread???Surgery requires a lot of post-op work. Essentially the surgery will weaken your ligs so the post-op work can be effective. HOWEVER, there are a number of butchers out there and the stories (with proof) are horrific.
