Also stretching or jelqing a cock in jail will create more barriers between brothers. I mean if you look at it and imagine if most men did that in prison and cocks were growing at a steady rate, men would be dominating other weaker men with the new found size and causing potentially dangerous injuries. it all depends what type of facility you are in...and what kind of time your looking at...and your mind set...i would think it would be up to the individual if he knew about pe before he went in..and his mentality..some doing long stretches of time...would think what would be the point...if i have to wait 20 yrs to use it or some would think they are going to be productive with that time to better themselves in all aspects...but it definitely depends on the the environment your in..and the person
