Overtraining on purpose for maximum gains?

I mean, how long should I give a routine a chance before moving onto another one if it doesnt work? I`ve been pumping on and off for since 2016 with no results and have been clamping and pumping since this year began, with no results, so soon I will have to try only clamping. Have tried the SRT girth routine with slow squash jelqs but my dick cant handle it due to my ED, have tried it before and its not possible for me. So only clamping routine will have to be my next I believe.

My general rule is if you go 60 days without any kind of game it’s time to switch to a more intense workout. What exactly are you doing right now?
 
60 days, good! Since I had to heal for a while I`m building myself up for the moment. Currently doing 30 min pumping and then 20 min clamping, and sometimes 20 min clamping and 30 min pumping.

Will move up to 15 min x3 clamping and 30 min pumping every other day when I have built up my conditioning again. The big girth gainers I`ve read about have all done clamping and 10 min x 3 or 15 min x 3-4 sets every day or every other day. Some with pumping afterwards and some have done before and some only clamping.

If you're training in a manner where you force regular progress each session, you're going to get to a point where you "peak" in conditioning. Training after this peak usually results in overtraining, so a break is usually recommended. Measures are taken at the end of the break to assess the total net gains made for the completed cycle. It's not unusual to note "rebound gains" then.

After the break- and if the results of the previously completed cycle are satisfactory- one resume the former routine, but resets the volume back to about the midpoint of the previous cycle. This is known as the "2 Steps Forward/ 1 Step Back" method.
 
You know what my thoughts are going to be LOL the more the better in my opinion. I got to where I got to because I trained every day for 12 hours. I never took a day off and I was always pushing intensity creating new exercises or tools or some other angle to increase my ability to gain.

Fuck yeah I can visualize you breaking the laws of physics... and g9in from 6.5 to 8 in no time...

I will abondon pumping for a bit, becasue I`ve been pumping for years on and off and on routine and off routines and it has never brought results, not even 00000000000.00000001% of anything. So I will try clamping only. It`s such a shame because pumping gives impressive temporary expansion, but thats all there is to it, nothing but temporary, nothing permanent.
 
That's correct you need consistency otherwise you'll only get temporary expansion, fortunately there are so many other exercises that can help you out Whit girth such as the SSJ..

SSJ doesnt work for me, I have ED and have tried it, its impossible for me to do as getting an erection several times is hopeless, so I will do a clamp only rutine from now on.
 
The laws of physics don’t apply to me ?
I know you did all day workouts, but do you know of anyone who did their routine every 12 hours? instead of every 24? I`ve been thinking that if doing every 12 hours the penis would still be alot more expanded than after 24 hours, so maybe it would speed up gains.

Yep is complicated to keep it up every time you squash your penis, n you have to stimulate it everytime but after a 40mins session you can see the results n when it's temporary expansion,after a month doing it everyday results can improve besides a good imagination can help believe or not...mind can help while doing the exercise.

Ok what are you are stats anyway just curious??
7.5 long and 5.5 thick mid shaft. My goal is 2 more inches in girth and 0.5-1 inch in length. My goal is to do reach this with pumping and or clamping. What are your stats, and do you pump and or clamp only?

Well there's not much you have to worry about you have a decent (above average) size..

I used to hang but LM split in half LOL,I don't pump much I just don't have the time,I only have small sessions,n my gains are minimal,

I'm only 7 Bpel x 5 mid shaft girth ...

yeah, the average size is very small, and sometimes I forget my size becasue I am so cought up on getting mine bigger.

I get the minimal gains from pumping, I`ve never gained anything from years of pumping, with routines, and on and off. So it has never worked for me. 7x5 is is almost the same as me then.

If so a consistent has to be more than 3-6 months, becasue I`ve been pumping for long periods too without long breaks and it has never brought results. So I`ve decided to try only clamping from tomorrow instead
 
Mmm so you're saying you only get temporary gains using the BM,yep I believe that only after a 6 months period you may see gains,never tried clamping tough

Yeah only temporary, been using it for years, on and off rutines, and on rutines for months, even up to 6 months and longer. So it`s complete garbage really, it`s a shame since it gives huge expansion.
 
That's true gives real expansion,there's another routine where you mix the SSJ +BM.

The penis looks really engorged after the session,but mine goes back to normal after a while...

I`ve been wearing a cockring alot after sessions and it keeps everything from 30-90% of the expansion all day, I`ve used rings alot all day but has not made any gains using them and maintaining gains.
 
you can do them standing seated on your bed don't think that can have a negative effect
Good to know, I do kegels during my pumping and clamping sessions and after, they help with expansion but kegels has not made me gain anything, the only thing left out to try is to do excessive kegels every single minute of the day or close to it.

Sounds frustrating my brother. Have you tried the SRT 5×5×3?
 
PE is really hard I have been doing it for the last 10 years or so n m far away from my goal,I have seen amazing gainers like tuff dong,a guy called acromegaly in girth,another member called big schwanz acht, you should check their threads n ask how they did it, another one I remember now is a guy called huge girth.. after seeing their gains I don't think they're showing fake pics I don't see the point..lol
 
Yes, but with my ED it was very difficult and the expansion was only half of what I get from pumping and or clamping.

What are you doing now to improve the strength of your pelvic floor muscles? I would love to see your EQ be out 100% so you can take advantage of this incredible routine.

Still doing kegels, and am even doing them during my entire sessions, it helps with expansion. Yeah I cant wait to get my EQ to 100% again. Everything will change for me when I start my testosterone injections, I get my first one on Dec 2nd.

I`ve figured out my routine now from a guy called Big Girtha, heard of him? He has gained 2+ inches in girth with pumping and clamping.

So I will do 30m or 1h pumping, then 10-15m x 3 sets clamping for a week to test it out, every other day ofc, plus using a cockring for 12 hours a day,

that’s why keeping good routine logs are so important. Even years after you leave here people will be using your work.

Never thought of keeping a log. Yeah I bet alot will use it. I just can`t wait til I`ve reached my goals and can finally be 100% happy and confident about my size, I`m looking forward to it so much!!

You’ll get there but have fun on the journey. The most important things in PE are being disciplined and remaining motivated. Always keep your goal in mind but always know that every day you’re getting closer and closer in small increments. And this also goes to why it’s smart to have a log because incremental change can sometimes be hard to chart but a good routine log would track that gain.

Thank you for the reminder, I often forget that PE should give me joy, because it will help to reach my dream goal. Do you think that starting jelqing would help me with my girth gains, besides length? I`ve tried doing it before but only a few times.

Jelqing is probably the least powerful exercise in girth work. In my opinion the most powerful exercise to be used is the SlowSquashJelq. Before doing this exercise get in five minutes a bundle of stretching so you can pre-stretch your Tunica.

If you have a pump there’s an even better routine using some of the information above called the 5×5×3 in SRT.
