Opinions On Hanging/ Any Hanging Successors?

I hang low weight(10 pounds) for usually 60 min to 80 min a time for around 80min-100min a day.

Is higher weight + less time = better results

or

What I'm doing with the lower weight?

Also what are some of yalls hanging success
 
Have you seen our hanging sub forum? Plenty of information/threads in there. I am a very experienced hanger. 2"+ length gained. Read up on Progressive Hanging. It's the way to go over the long term. You always want to be attempting to force new adaptation with your penis over time. The same weight every day for weeks, or months at a time only works for a VERY small percentage of men. For the rest, it usually does little if anything.

Hung off and on for a while. Then last year I hung for 1.5 months daily and gained over a half inch of length. Went from 20 lbs to 35 lbs for 2-3 sets daily over that time period. Like SWM2 said, read the hanging forum and the threads. Loads of info that I accumulated there. Keep your sets short and sweet. Gotta hit the fatigue and then ride through it.
What hanger are you using? If it's a vac hanger, you won't get high weight. Those are meant for long periods of light weight.

Wow that's amazing. I've been hanging for only 6-7 months, and I started at 5 lbs. I'm at 7 lbs now and I think its brutal. I always hear that 20-25 lbs is the Goldilocks zone where magical penis grows, so I'm trying to get there. I only have time for 20-40 min sessions at night though. Gotta wait till the kids are asleep.
 
Naw, most men if they do it right gain what they want long before 40 lbs. Then again, most men eventually realize they only want an inch or so, after they put in the work for it.

True. Good to know, little late for me but I'm good. I'll keep hanging.
 
I'm not knocking what you said, just basing that on what I've seen. Most men who get into pe start with pretty lofty goals. Nothing wrong with that. Most of them however, after they realize this stuff takes W-O-R-K, decide smaller goals are better. The minority tuff it out to see more than an inch or so.

No not being mean lol. Just saying I gained already and now that I've come to really like hanging, I have to do more WORK in order to get the gains I want lol. I've toughened myself up from before. I really think if I started with hanging alone, following a program like yours, I definitely would be longer. That's for sure.

Im at point where Im already very happy with my dick and size. Now its all about "how far can you take it" for me
Its pretty fascinating
 
Yes. The fascination is definitely what helps, but you have someone to tell you when to stop. The rest of us don't lol. I gotta get my schedule right so I can fully hang for sets again.

Thats it and it always needs to be progressive. In order to make decent gains from hanging you need a pretty open schedule. A minimum of 3 sets of 20 minutes a day is when men will start to see gains. Hardcore hangers will go for 6 or more sessions daily. If anyone gets into hanging gain a good education from Stillwantmore's work.
