Castor don't shell out any money on these programs. The information is great on that site. I had the same issue 20 years ago and found a book on Taoist Sex Practices at the time (still have that book). Basically it was in my head and my masturbating technique. I was masturabating and ejaculating within 5 minutes and had condition my body to so whether I wanted it to or not.

No you don't have to spend hours masturbating. I just relayed my experiece and technique. Its about building up your PC muscle which blocks the contractions that produces the ejaculation. The kegal exercises will help immersely giving you the ability to control the ejaculatory reflex.

When I practiced that technique at first, I would stroke that thing and hold back as long as possible, stop and resume. I remember my glutes use to be sore the next day and still get that way today sometimes. I discovered later on I was actually doing kegals without knowing it during that time. Also, I did tell my GF at the time I was so turned-on by her I couldn't control myself and have to stop a moment or two before continueing. I use to see the smile on her face grow when I told her that. All in all it's about being aware of you body and having control of it.

Do your kegals every day... its an exercise you can practically do anywhere without anyone knowing.

You may want to start slow and build from there:
Kegal hold for a slow 3 count
Rest 2 count
set - 25

Do one set and then another a few hours later through-out your day and build from there. But Kegal when you can and that P.C. muscle will be in shape and you will have ejaculation control like a adult entertainment star in no time. Pandora's condom suggestion is an excellent one ... don't know about the Viagra part. I don't believe in taking medication for myself. I suffered from chronic depression, high-blood pressure at one time.
