Some here do multiple sessions each day & some do one session a day. This is a tough call for me, if you will go mutilpe sessions Length A.M/Girth P.M.

You can't really overdo manual stretching, I would sometimes stretch for hours a day.

I am not sure if they have the comfort strap, you should be able to grab one from [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words], I am sure it will fit.
