Hey!

I have been lurking on these forums for some time now, so I guess it's time to make an effort.
Gonna stick to the newbie-routine by DLD + [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words].

Starting today, I will post for 30 days. Pictures and a daily updated log (as far as its possible)

7:00 am: Basic Stretching.
3 sets of the following stretches each performed for 30 seconds.
Straight up: 3 thirty second stretches
Straight Down: 3 thirty second stretches
Out to left: 3 thirty second stretches
Out to right: 3 thirty second stretches
Rotaries: 25 Cranks x 3
Behind the Cheeks: 3 thirty second stretches

Night:

You don't need luck, your routine is awesome and you will gain great with it. I like how you mixed it up a bit, this will keep things interesting. How do you like your [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] so far?
 
Day 1:

Morning: Showered with a nice warmup, and then off to the stretches and SSL x 300.
Midday: [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] 20min

DLD: The [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] feels awesome, and it doesn't leak at all. Taking it slow to build up pressure over time. Right now I'm at 170 after 17 min.

Night: 300 [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] + stretches
Kegels: 400 ++ throughout the day. Made a Kegel-alarm at my mobilephone :)

3X Stretching-routines at work. Have a seperate office :P

Kegels: 250 ++
 
Day 3:

Nothing in the morning because of work, but I did at least 3 rounds of the stretching-routine before I got home. Also, i Kegel as much as I can.

Evening: I did a gentle warmup, followed by 350 SSL's and then slipped into the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. Today I got 172 after 18 min. Taking it slow and steady. After [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] I got a small FR, and did 200 SSL's to finish it off. Works fine.

Night: Will more stretching and massages before I go to bed.

Happy to hear any comments of how to improve my routine - this is my first time ever.

really cranking it up with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I have yet to go past 12mins and 163. do you notice you hang fatter longer doing that? your routine looks good. not far off from what I'm doing either.

pip2002: Yes, I notice a considerable different feeling after, maybe for 3 hours. Im still quite new to all this, but I can really feel that something is about to happen in the penis, even though its just day 4.

Day 4:

Morning: Easy on the stretches from the morning, since the ligaments is now very sore. A quick round of 350 sec [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] following 20 min in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. Maxed at 173 after 20 minutes. No FR. Followed up with 250 [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] with a different kind of lotion to find out what is optimal due to friction. Testicle massage and warmdown afterwards.

Hey, have any of you guys experimented with increasing the intensity of the stretches by tucking the tummy in when pulling out?? It gives a considerable effect for me at least, as I slowly exhale while holding my stomach tucked in, I can feel the ligaments really stretching and also they become more visible under the skin :)

Day 5:

Today was not a good day. I spent 5 hours on a bus and did'nt have to do my routine in the morning.
Used the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] in the bathtub when I arrived at my parents house, and I noticed considerable less effect when not 100% shaved. 200 [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] + one round of stretching.

Gonna go for one extra round tonight before bed.

Also, I did one extra round of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] x 300 last night)
 
Day 6

Today I had a clean shave before using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] in the bathtub, and it was very intense! Could barely make it to 168, felt like I was about to explode after 20 min. Anyways, girth increased waayyy more than before, and no FR. It felt awesome.

The stretching was not so good, did only one routine with 3 series. Maybe 250 [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] after the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]-session in the morning.

Still, it feels different "down there", and I could feel the stretch when waking up this morning. Also morning-wood has increased with every day this week. :)

Tomorrow Im gonna make some measures and maybe include some photos, and try to this in the end of the project as well :D
