Hi all you Penis Enlargement's!
Im all new to this, and my routine is based on some free stuff only, and then I just randomly put it together myself, so please correct me, if you see where the problem lies.
First a warm up of course (3 mins with a hot'n wet towel)
I start out by doing these "very important" kegel exercises (Why are they so important? I have seen alot of you guys say that they are, but I dont quite understand why)
I do 150 of them.
Then I stretch up, down, left, right for 25-30 seconds each, and do 3-4 sets of these.
Then I jelq 200 times.
And then I do the warm down..
For many I have read, this should be enough for beginners to feel a good amount of soreness.. but I dont.. I dont feel a thing when Im done, and thats not a good sign of any gains coming my way, is it?
I mean "No pain, no gain" ? Or am I wrong here?
Im in the need of advice.
Flaccid; 4.5 inches
Erect; 6.5 inches.
Short term goal:
Flaccid; 5 inches
Erect; 7.5 inches
Long term goal:
Flaccid; 8+ inches
Erect; 11+ inches
(Its just a goal mates! rofl)
