Hi all you Penis Enlargement's!

Im all new to this, and my routine is based on some free stuff only, and then I just randomly put it together myself, so please correct me, if you see where the problem lies.

First a warm up of course (3 mins with a hot'n wet towel)
I start out by doing these "very important" kegel exercises (Why are they so important? I have seen alot of you guys say that they are, but I dont quite understand why)

I do 150 of them.
Then I stretch up, down, left, right for 25-30 seconds each, and do 3-4 sets of these.
Then I jelq 200 times.
And then I do the warm down..

For many I have read, this should be enough for beginners to feel a good amount of soreness.. but I dont.. I dont feel a thing when Im done, and thats not a good sign of any gains coming my way, is it?

I mean "No pain, no gain" ? Or am I wrong here?
Im in the need of advice.

Flaccid; 4.5 inches
Erect; 6.5 inches.

Short term goal:
Flaccid; 5 inches
Erect; 7.5 inches

Long term goal:
Flaccid; 8+ inches
Erect; 11+ inches

(Its just a goal mates! rofl)
 
Nah man with Penis Enlargement it is a little different, you don't want to feel pain. Personally I didn't really feel sore at all after a workout, only if I stretched pretty hard did I feel a little sore.

Just look for these positive signs after a workout and beyond
Bigger flaccid
Harder erections
Morning woodies
Heavier feel

Negatives would be the exact opposites, this is all I look for when I Penis Enlargement staying in the positive signs zone.

trusting soreness will never be an accurate way to gauge your Penis Enlargement effectiveness. Trust, not obsessively, your measurements.
 
I just read about so many men who say, that their ligaments are sore like hell..
So there isn't actually any way of "feeling" that it was a good session?

You may feel it, you may not. Either way, if your session was good, it's fine.
 
Try to realy focus and make sure you have a good grip.

Make sure when you are pulling the penis you feel a tug at the base, and make sure it is not the skin you feel stretching. If you do this, you should be fine.
 
I feel this "tug" when im pulling down. but I dont feel quite as heavy a "tug" when pulling out, left or right.. I mostly just feel a little pain around my penis head, because I have to squeeze it so much to get a good enough stretch..
Is that good?

Again, this is neither good or bad. There is a lot of interest in something called LOT theory that may interest you. I think this is what you may be inquiring about.
