Latley I've strayed away from my routine. I don't feel a need to do x number of jelqs or various stretches in order to gain. What I do now is basically random stretches for long periods of times and jelq twice a day. I stretch for around 4 hours a day because well, I don't have a girlfriend and I don't have anything better to do. I've noticed that this demolished my nearly year long streak of no gains. I am gaining roughly a half inch a month.
I know I don't post here much so my claims seem fake too, but try stretching 4 hours a day and tell me you don't gain.
