So I thought my angle would change somewhat with the lengthening surgery. I can't quite put my finger on the difference, but something is slightly different. My angle seems to have increased in the weeks post-op. Stability has not changed and penis deflection seems as rigid as before.
The funny thing is, my LOT has increased with the absolute annihilation of the suspensory ligament (penis lengthening surgery). Previous to surgery it was 7 at best, post suspensory separation 9+. This would lead me to conclude the "tug-back" is mostly from blood rushing into the penis via the kegel action. What I'm not exactly sure about: is the penis tug-back caused by a contractile mechanism secondary to expansion?
Regardless, hangers typically spend most time concentrating on the ligs. SD, BTC work best to target these areas. After the ligs are stretched, typically we move to higher angles such as SO and SD. If the ligs are no longer a resistance, should we continue hanging at the lower angles to break past the barriers that are beyond the ligs? Are the gain potentials beyond the suspensory ligament and penis anchoring systems worth exploring, or should hangers move to higher angles after complete ligament potential is depleted?
