No gains, carry on or change and try Hanging??

Alright Guys,

I know this kind of should be in the hanging area but i think it will get more and better feedback here.

However i have not really seen anything happen other than my dick being pumped after jelqing? I have not been doing it everyday, been at it for 3 weeks now.

Should i stay at it or try a hanging routine? I saw this post by Bib >

Wondering if a SO and SD hanging routine would be better with Jelqing, any advise on a hanging routine as i have never really done one or seen gains from doing it? Or should i keep doing what im doing?

Do you really feel the intensity of each stretch, second by second? Increasing the amount of FORCE you use might be a solution. You should also try doing BTC stretches. They are much more intense than SD and SO stretches. As for jelqing.. GO DRY. I always FEEL the growth when I do dry jelqs. They are fuckin' INTENSE! Try this and don't give up.. MAN UP!

I do put a lot of force in to it, i tend to do my SO set first then later on in the afternoon do the SD stretches. Doing them both takes around 40 mins, and at night my Jelqing is 15-30mins.

Are the BTC stretches the ones where you put your leg at a right angle on a table and stretch under the leg to left and right? I do feel like im putting alot of effort into it, just cant see any difference! This is all after ive had a 7month decon break so i was expecting to see some fast and good results!

My only aim for now is length to reach 8". Should i just carry on with the newbie style routine?
 
3 weeks is fuck-all mate, don't worry so much. An inch from 7" to 8" won't come as quickly as newbie gains, why do you think DLD is still tugging like mad for years and still going strong? Stick with it and keep it real, gains will come!
