They probably say that because you can use many different angles and tensions settings. Also there are many different ways for attaching your penis and modifications, so technically there are hundreds of ways to extend not only 58... Do I win? It started as a 4 way system, then it became a 16 way system, then it was a 28 and now it is up to 58 The thing that needs to be understood here is that it was us, the Brotherhood, who created this 58 way system from all the feedback we have given to [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] over the years. The first thing we came out with was the velcro strap and then it was mod after mod and today we have 58 ways to wear because of this. The Brotherhood deserves much credit in the PE world./

I will choose the SiliStretcher over the SG. It's all about comfort and intensity for me. The SG provides intensity but fails woefully in terms of comfort.
