This is all I do, and my progress has been quite pleasing.

Morning before getting out of bed (stretching)
Massage for aprox 5 minutes
Lie on Left side in fetal position
Pull Penis between thighs and back behind buttocks
Grab firmly by base with whole hand, guide to right
Pull gently, hold for 5 minutes
Do a kegel, hold for 5 seconds, relese for 10, repeat for duration of morning workout
Switch over to fetal position on right side and do same as above
Guide to left
In order to increase tension with minimum effort:
Remember you grabbed penis by base in fetal position. All you have to do is straighten out a little, and this will increase tension incredibly. If you do this, do on both sides to balance out stretching.
I do Kegels all the time, all day long whenever I remember them. I do sets of 50 while driving

Early Afternoon Routine (Girth and Stretch)
After workout I am already hot, and pumped because of NO2 and CE2 supplements, so I stretch while in the office showers. Fortunately the office building is empty during lunch!
I do my version of the DLD basic [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] while in a very hot shower for approx 10 minutes. This consists of 50 Jelgs in all of the directions of the compass: North, South, East, West, NE, NW, SE, SW, plus straight out for 50 jelgs per direction. This covers stretching and Girth at the same time. My penis will be at around 40-70% erect during this. Then I just allow the hot water to run down my penis.
Kegels while sitting at desk, really hard

Evening Routine (Girth)
All I do is Jelgs in the same fashion as in previous routine but focus strictly on girth. This takes approx 10 min.
Will add DLD Blasters if time allows 2-3 times a week.

Nighttime routine

My progress has been substantial. I started at 6.5” length, 5.6 average girth when measured base, middle and below head. I will posr progress after 90 days. I am very pleased with this progress!

    Hi,how do i contact customer service ? I bought everthing 5 days ago and my pump does not hold ..i watched video how to fix it it still doesnot work .im hoping they send me a new one since i save up for 6 months to get it and dont have 40 more dollars to buy a new one ...thats all i need ,thanks ...the sooner the better please ..id like to have better results since im following the programm but have to pump it and lock it every couple of minutes ..
