for those who have been at it a while, how much newbie gains did you get for girth? 0.25"? 0.5"? lets say over a period of 6-12 months, I know everyone is different but I'm looking to gauge my goals/motivation, also what method did you mostly use to achieve the gains?
 
Just done my first measurement since I started 1 month ago. My BPenis EnlargementL is 7.1 inches. I have measured it at 7 inches before I started doing Penis Enlargement although not as consistently as I am at the moment. I was usually just under the 7" mark, 6.8" to 6.9". My EG is around 4.85 from 4.75 which isn't much and could be put down to measuring error, only time will tell. I have gained in BPFSL. I was 7.1", and after 1 month of Penis Enlargement I am at 7.5". I have read that this is good news. My BPFSL is nearly half an inch longer than my BPenis EnlargementL, hopefully gains in BPenis EnlargementL will follow. My routine can be pretty erratic due to my job but I usually have a half an hour session around 4 times a week with stretching everyday when I go to bed. I may look at methods of discreet hanging while I am at work in the near future. I am usually stood in once place for long periods so it may work.

Started 03/2010 and measured my newbie gains 6 months later only (I did not try to measure before to not lose motivation, so I'll never know when they really "appeared" :-))

Length wise : Was 18 cm / 7,08" BPenis EnlargementL. 6 months later, I was 19-19,5 cm / about 7,58" so I really gained only 0,5"
Girth wise : Was 14,5 cm / 5,7" MSEG (not a good/precise measurement like NBPenis EnlargementL, but I did not measure BEG at that time), and 6 months later I measured MSEG at 15,5 cm / 6,1", so gained 0,4" there too

Method used : DLD [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie routine[/words] and exercises as explained on the forum and pay site (so mostly jelqs for girth, but I was trying to make them progressively tighter and harder/slower as I was doing them)

We have a thread in the poll section asking what girth gains people made.

From the routine threads of the guys who made large girth gains it appears that large amounts of jelqing (700+) and slow squash jelqs were common. The [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] is also useful for gaining girth.
 
Newbie Girth Gains? Well I'm a newie right now as it is. I started with a 6.25 mseg and 6.5 beg. After two months My midshaft is a hair under 6.5 and my base is over 6.8. So far my midshaft has gained just about .25 and my base has gained over .3. I hope to continue.
