newbie gains: how long?

Just wondering how long it took most of you to get your first inch. That's all I want to gain, then I'll do maintenance strecthing and jelqs. I can feel the effects, but being that I'm 7.5 nbpel by 6.5 eg, and really skinny, I have no need of a 10 incher. I probably would fall over with that...

Oh I know it will happen. DLD, since you are the foremost expert, how long did you spend each day? I spend about an hour an a half. It's been a week and my erections are stronger and more flexible already. Eight months? That's nuffin!!
