I was experimenting a couple of days ago with some stretches and I think I may have come up with a new exercise. I love doing all the basic stretches( straight out/down/up down to the right and to the left, straight out to the left and the right and so on and so forth. Well I thought about combining it all into one. Thats how i came up with The Zig Zag
Start off by pulling your penis straight down to the right and slowly (with full force) pull your penis straight down and then to the left. I like to take about 10 seconds to do this. Then pull your penis still applying force go straight out to the right and cross over to the left and then cross over and do up and to the right and over again. You never want to take the force off your penis. Its kind of like instead of going down to the right and holding, then let go of your penis and then pull straight down like we all normally would, make that transition between stretches with full force.
Im horrible at explaining exercises but if there is anybody out there who understands this exercise and can explain it better please feel free to do so.
