I was looking on a another site and seen 2 other exercises but they both need to be at a high erect state so I decide to do them together. Last night was my 1st time trying them so I can not report any results from them at the moment.
GIRTH HAMMERS
Get 90-95 percent erect. DO NOT DO THESE FULLY ERECT. OK grip base and OK grip under glands.SLOWLY bend OK grip under glands in one direction and the OK grip at base another.Then keep your OK at the base and take the other hand from the glands and do a revers jelq from the top of the head all the way down to the OK at the base. EXAMPLE: bend OK under glands SLOWLY down and OK at base SLOWLY up and hold 3-10 seconds. do this in every direction you feel comfortable doing. Take hand from under glands take off and start at the top of your head and reverse jelq to the OK at your base.
