Not sure on the cranks but the behind the cheek stretch, yeah grab the penis from underneath the rear cheeks and stretch it.

And, if I try the testicle massage, I try the stretching it hurts my testicles if I try it.

Try the mandingo stretch, many gained from it incl myself. When you stretch the testicles do it lightly at first and grip them closely more into your penis so not gripping them halfway, otherwise the hand goes into the balls themselves.

And when I'm doing Testicle massage the stretch, it hurts like where my foreskin is connected to the head. Is this normal ?
