Hi all. I'm getting back in the game after a long layoff and I would like help putting together a solid intermediate routine for myself. In the past I never really had a 'set' routine that I did. I was kinda all over the place with exercises. Jelqing, clamping, hanging, stretching, etc... I did gain an inch in length and about half an inch in girth in about a year's time tho. I'd really like to know what are the best exercises to do to try and gain another inch in length and about another half inch in girth. That would put me a little over the dream 8x6 measurement. When should I do length vs. girth? Do I need any rest days? What sequence should I do my exercises? Things like that are what I need advice about to make the best gains and not go overboard like I am prone to do. Thanks for any help you can give me and this site rocks! Lots of solid information in here.
