Hi all. I'm getting back in the game after a long layoff and I would like help putting together a solid intermediate routine for myself. In the past I never really had a 'set' routine that I did. I was kinda all over the place with exercises. Jelqing, clamping, hanging, stretching, etc... I did gain an inch in length and about half an inch in girth in about a year's time tho. I'd really like to know what are the best exercises to do to try and gain another inch in length and about another half inch in girth. That would put me a little over the dream 8x6 measurement. When should I do length vs. girth? Do I need any rest days? What sequence should I do my exercises? Things like that are what I need advice about to make the best gains and not go overboard like I am prone to do. Thanks for any help you can give me and this site rocks! Lots of solid information in here. :)

What did your last workout look like? What exercises, time, etc. were you doing?
 
Well, it was never a set in stone routine, but basically I would jelq for like 30 minutes everyday and do about 20 minutes of stretching before bed. Occassionally I would hang some weights for 30 minutes or so and I also experimented with clamping. I worked out pretty much everyday with maybe one day off a week or so, when I was sore. Like I said, I gained an inch in length and half an inch in girth in about a year's time and have pretty much kept it all, even over my extended absense. I would like to add about the same amount and see how the wife likes it before I continue or not. :) Also I think if I had a set routine it would be much easier to follow instead of being all over the place.
