Hi, folks

I've been reading this and other forums about Penis Enlargement for some weeks, specially warnings and tips about Penis Enlargement'ing and I decided to start doing a routine.
First, the "stats" :)
I'm currently 5.5" ebpl and 4.5" eg, and I intend to get to 7" ebpl and 5.25" eg by october.

And this is my routine (which is based mostly on RB's routine):
1. Warm up, with hot wrap - 5min
2. Streching - pulling out, left, right, up and down. 30 seconds each.
3. Jelq - 5 min dry jelqing holding on top and bottom
4. Jelq - 5 min dry jelqing holding on left and right
5. Warm down
6. 100 quick kegels squeezes

About the dry jelqing. I'll quote the explanation in italic:

1- Pretend like your holding an invisible sandwich with both hands, getting ready to take a bite. Notice how your fingers and thumbs are facing each other, one forming a C and the other a reverse C.
2- Keep this position, but rotate your hands so your thumbs are now on top.
3- Using just your thumbs and first two fingers (pointer and middle), grab your dick from both sides mid-shaft like it's a mini sandwich, and squeeze.
4- Now, slide your skin under your fingers down your shaft as far as you can go. You may have to adjust your initial finger positioning to allow you to get fully to the base, or even do the lower part then the upper until your skin becomes more resiliant, a few days or so. Make sure that the intial spot on your skin where your fingers made contact stay under your fingers for the entire stroke.
5- When you've slid as far down as possible, squeeze your fingers together, then slowly slide them as far towards your head as possible. Repeat.



Apart from that, I do another stretching routine at the evening, before going to bed.
All the routine is being done Mon-Sat, with Sunday off.

So, any opinions/suggestions on that? Do you think it's possible for me to achieve those results within these next 8 months?

yes i feel the dry jelq at least for me is more effective too...but i think you can step up the intensity a little bit even though you are new...try some more stretching for maximizing early gains...new people always seem to gain fast so take advantage of this

Welcome to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] ankhbr! Your goals look very doable especially in a 9 month span of time. You may want to start a similar thread to this in the routines forum and keep us updated on your progress...it is a great source of support.

I remember that RB did his routine a few times throughout the day are you doing the same? I think the routine is great as a multiple workout but by itself 10 minutes of total jelqing and 3 minutes of stretching may not maximize your gain potential. The kegels are right in order as is the warm-up and down. Let me know.

KiNgA dA ThRoNe: what do you mean by "some more stretching"? Repeat my stretching step? Making longer stretches? Or using another stretching technique?

doublelongdaddy: Forgot to mention... I'm repeating this routine 3 times a day, plus the evening stretches I mentioned.

i think some variations like the dld foot long stretch - that gives you an amazing force of stretch and it works great for flaccid gains as well as i have and the lazy ass stretches and increase your time a little bit thats all...but its all up to you as it will be you doing it
 
OoOpps ...lol i didnt see that you do it 3 times a day....well then in that case i say you just throw in a couple dld footlong strecthes and if you really dont have the time or opportunity for manual strecthes you can also do some las
 
Hi, guys

By February I posted this thread here, and it's been 2,5 months so far, and here are my gains:
5.5" ebpl turned into 5.6"
4.5" eg turned into 4.8"

Well, my girth gain was nice. I liked it. But the length gain was too little, I think.

This routine is based on RB's routine, and I'm doing it 3 times a day.
I intend to get to 7" ebpl and 5.25" eg by october.

I'll keep the girth work, it seems to be working fine for me. But I need some advice about the length work... any suggestions on how to improve my routine?

From what you have posted your stretches are priimarily hitting the ligs, nothing wrong with that but add some exercises that hit the tunica, work in a set of
A-stretchs or DLD's bundled tunica stretch. 10 to 20 reps @ 30 sec. each would be a good add on to what you are doing.
