I do a VERY heavy routine! I do 12 min. of stretching in the morning, 20 minutes of stretching through the day, another 12 min. of stretching in the evening! 1200 1 second jelqs, 100 double force jelq and bends, 10-10sec Horse 440 squeezes for girth in the evening!!
