My Pics, as of 30th September...

the routine has been messed up. I started when I was 14 but only managed a few weeks, then I did it on and off for a few years and have been sticking to steady routines for about a year, doing on average 2or 3 sessions a week. the cuttent routine's in my sig... thanks for the comments :)
 
Man, that has to be one of the 'veiniest' pics I've ever seen. You look like you lift weights Dude....... ;) Nice pics.. And, just why are you here?
