Im 6 feet when I wake up in the morning and my weight fluctuates between 165-170.
I want to get up to about 190ish. PLease comment and tell me what I neeed to work on. I know biceps for sure. Im only about 14 inches flexed right now. Pectorals also need work in my eyes. My waist is 31 inches . I would like to get it down to 29
