I've mentioned this in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words] thread but that post will easily be overlooked by those with more experience so I'm putting it here.
Pre and post stretching I use heat. Instead of a heating pad I have dry rice in a sock. You throw it in the microwave for a minute or so and then lay it on. I made it one night to help with a shoulder injury and I really like using it over a heating pad. It conforms to the area you're putting it on perfectly. The other (and I feel huge) advantage is it keeps you from applying heat too long since it will cool down. It's easy to get carried away with a heating pad and leave it on too long.
I've been following the NR's stretches and have added A and Y stretches. I have also been trying to do what I call C and Reverse C which look like the Y stretches but to the side. The A, Y, and C stretches I try to do 5 of each for 1 minute each. Sometimes I will do 3 of each in warm ups and then add in the other 2 sets later on in my stretching.
I also occasionally twist my entire penis as much as possible from base to glans and hold for 1 minute. The A, Y, and C stretches and the twisting I've read helps the tunica and overall growth.
When it comes to the rest of the stretches I have 2 different methods that I alternate every day.
- Day 1 I will do 3 sets with the first gripping just below the glans, the second gripping somewhere between 1/3 and 1/2 of the way up from the base, the third gripping as close to the base as possible.
- Day 2 I do 4 sets alternating between gripping just below the glans and the other as close to the base as possible.
Stretching is done in the morning, jelqing is done at night. The first week and a half I was doing 300 wet jelqs and since then I've increased to 600. I try to do at least the last 50 slow, sometimes the last 100. I also try to do some show jelqs while doing kegels. That is very difficult and I need to try to do more of them. Some nights I go over 600 simply because I get caught up in what I'm doing and the lube is holding out so why waste it?
I'm noticing a bit more thickness at the base since starting stretches from the base (DLD explained this to me elsewhere). Prior to that I was getting a little bit of the baseball bat look but that's going away with the base stretches.
I'm not really in a position to buy any equipment yet even though I really want to. My wife doesn't know I'm doing any of this. Since we work opposite shifts I have time alone to do PE. I'm not sure how she would take it if she knew what I was up to. She says I'm only the 2nd man she's been with, her first husband being the other, and has never once complained about size. Of course I've always felt that if a woman can't get her lips all the way to the base and be pressing in for more she's got nothing to complain about (and I've only ever met 2 women who could do that to me). Still she says my size is fine and I don't need more. If I found a way to convince her that making myself bigger is a good thing I'd be able to buy a pump and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and whatever else I needed.
Sorry for the rant at the end there but maybe someone has advice for a wife who is going to say PE is unnecessary.
