How it works is: I'm laying in bed, since I have trouble making my penis erect I am always trying to massage myself hard while I am also stretching. I wrote it out in my thread the other day but I wrote it wrong.
You pull any direction- for the example I will say UP. While pulling up you want to Kegel. While you are pulling up you don't really let your penis relax from the Kegel. I stretch at max tension and Kegel at max pulse, and it feels like a pretty good strexercise =) All you need to do is grab just below the glans like any other stretch; down, left, right, out, or up- hold it; Kegel. I do one full Kegel squeeze, as many as I can before changing directions. Then I will add the Mandingo stretch on it.

The best part is I can do it from bed and then you can lay on your stomach and grab from BTC and hold that for a minute or so to get a really long intense pull.
