May be done multiple times a day along with some minor stretching while: By myself with free time, using the toilet, taking a shower, etc.
10 min. Warm up in hot bath
- The DLD Blaster Exhaustion Thing
- 50 DLD Blaster Reps
- 3 sets of 30 sec. Mandigo Stretching both sides for inner-penis stretching
- The newbie stretching exercises
- 5 min. Warm down in hot bath
No time to focus on length and girth during the same periods of time so length will be the only focus until the desired 8 inches of length is attained and then girth will be increased after that along with some extra gains in length from the girth work.
