Im endering the last phase of my pe journey. Im going to thow in the towel at 8.5x6.3ish.
Ive never been good at girth, but recently have been learning the power in certain erect bend type exercises. i dont clamp but use my hands to effectively balloon blood. Ive been doing nearly exclusively girth exercises now for a about 3 weeks and am loving it. I seem to be getting fatter quickly. Im pushing it really hard, very intense sessions.
Im not too clear on how quickly one gains girth, and need to know if say a 3/4" is possible in around 3 months if i pe 5-6 days a week intensely? If not what can i expect to gain? Any experienced girth veteran advice would be greatly appreciated.
