i like how you're trying different exercises and have different equipment to target multiple areas of growth, nice versatility

SRT[/words] manual stretches which is a total of around 15-25 mins if u focus with good-high intensity and short breaks, just so u will feel the burn in the ligs more
but from another angle, maybe if the amount and type of PE u are doing now will motivate u to continue consistently then by all means do it ur way, usually its best to do it ur own way anyway
im just speaking from my mindset whenever i do PE or physical training i push myself and avoid any distractions
