I try to stay ahead of the curve but to stay ahead of what most women are thinking would be to assume we have them figured out and that is never likely to happen. You are right, all we can do is adapt to the changing of the tide
 
10/18/17 started as usual, stretching in the shower followed by the PF for 9 hours. I wanted to try my hand at more hanging last night so I pieced together some items that I thought would get me about 5 pounds as the 2 pounds is not enough. Not sure of exactly how much it was but it seemed a lot more intense than the 2 pounds I tried the night before. I started with 5 minutes of bundled stretches and once loose I was able to get 10 minutes hang time. I followed that up with BTC stretches with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words], center, left and right. It was not a full session as it was getting late so I went to my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] session 5x5x3 and included [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] stretches in the 3rd set. 10/20/17 pretty much sucked. I only got 6 hours in the PF and only managed a short [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]BM[/words] session with stretches in the 3rd set. This rearranging furniture is really cutting in to my PE routine but when wife is happy everybody is happy, lol

The good days make up for the bad days and we all have both. Never allow yourself to get down over a workout tat is not up to par, simply plan on working harder next time. One day in PE means very little.

I was able to handle the 5 pound weight and did a session of 10 minutes to start off with. My plan is to work up my time to work up to 20 minutes of hanging at least once per day or every other day. i like how you're trying different exercises and have different equipment to target multiple areas of growth, nice versatility

it seems a bit scattered, so the only advice i would give is get to know each of these exercises to their fullest potential before moving on to others, so u can really feel the value
