So I was stretching pretty hard yesterday and I am pretty sore right where my penis joins my body, in the top left ( I was pulling the opposite way of course, so that is where the strain went).

Today it was sore so i took the day off Penis Enlargement, and when I was doing lat pull downs in the gym today it would strain each time I pull down hard on the bar.

Anyone know what the problem is? And if its soemthign I can sitll Penis Enlargement with?
I got it from stretching that I know for-sure, so I would think it would be somewhat common.
 
Yeah man. I can pull with pretty good force straight down with the other hand assisting, and the top of my penis gets very sore at the base. Typically, I train 3 days on 1 off. If you train through it, it will still be pretty sore for the first few stretches, but then it will loosen up.

If it were extremely sore, take a day off if you feel its necessary.

Be careful on taking too many days off...
 
This is normal. In the bigging of my Penis Enlargement I would get so sore that I had no choice but to rest. During this period of my Penis Enlargement I gained faster than at any other time. For a day or so stay away from exercise. Do a hot wrap twice a day and some deep, flaccid massage. You will be able to train again with a day or so.
 
I think that soreness is a good thing. It's your body's response to the new tension and stress on that region--like how you'd get sore the same way if you weight train or do anything strenuous which forces a certain muscle or region to do extra work. So I think it's very good to feel soreness because you know you're doing something right. If you don't feel soreness, your body is not being forced to adjust to that new stimulus--maybe because there is not enough tension emphasized on that region.

That's why I think stretching BTC is one of the best hanging positions, if not the best. If you do it right, when you do a sit up later you'll feel a soreness in your lower abs.

Well, soreness is definitely something I got. I guess I'm going to have to make this an every other day type thing. I did my second day of Penis Enlargement yesterday (took a day off for above mentioned) and my penis is so sensitive and sore. Is it normal for the penis head to be glaring red/pink? All yesterday it was pink and today its still pretty red. Thanks guys.

Temporary discoloration is normal and to be expected due to the constant expansion of the penis and the new blood flow being introduced. If you are too sore to train daily, by all means, switch to an every other day routine. You can always add days as you feel ready.
 
Hi, I still am sore in my top right corner where my penis shaft joins the body. I sill cant stretch the opposite direction because of the soreness, I think the injury is worse then we thought. It has been a week and I think I pulled it too hard, because now even light pulls on that side hurt too much to do Penis Enlargement. Whats going on??? What should I do?

Also since I cant do stretching on that side I figure I can only stretch straight stretching because I don't want to stretch the opposite side and make uneven gains. (No pain stretching straight or to the other side).

If my main goal is length would I in any way side track that if I only do jelqing for now?
I Jelq upwards and have read somewhere that this may not be beneficial for length...

I suggest following Phase 1 as it is written, don't make things too complicated. As far as the soreness is concerned, is it a sharp pain or a soreness? SOreness is normal for many guys, particularly those just starting out.
 
I mean just doing jelqing and straight stretches until I am healed and able to do phase 1 as its written.

It is still there and its sharp I would say. It isn't soar, but when I pull to the left its real painful.

I would stay clear of all Penis Enlargement for now. Try to do deep, flaccid massage. I also suggest a few hot wraps a day, perhaps prior to massage. If you have a heating pad and privacy you could really speed your healing. It should be fine within a week or so. For pain you can take a children's aspirin, which also aids in blood flow.
